At least they will publish worldwide that they are scammer to avoid victim in their activity in the future. Scam company Scam company. I've been duped with a malfunctioning breast pump. It lasted all of two weeks before it failed. Customer service was initially responsive now not returning my emails at all. I was also worried as my bank picked up that the payment might be fraudulent so I doubt going to be able to get my money back that way. Avoid them

Scam company Bought the wearable breast pumps (bought two) ended up wasting £180 for some fake product, don’t buy from this company it’s a scam! You’re better off buying anything off amazon! I tried contacting them but they were ‘unreachable’, pretty sure they just block everyone that buys them. Just avoid lumina!

Beware the fine print! Beware the fine print! Camera works fine but the mounting bracket is too lose to affix to monitor (slides off). There is no way to adjust or tighten the mount hinge. Contacted customer service and 4-8 weeks needed for replacement AND I PAY FOR SHIPPING FROM CHINA! There are many other webcam choices - stay away from this one.

One star is being generous. One star is generous. The breast pump is absolutely faulty, it’s painful when you do manage to get 5 seconds of it functioning and has really impacted my feeding. Customer service will ignore you despite the rubbish on their website about returns and warranty. DO NOT BUY !
