GBSuperlative Ordered CS6 and received my order promptly. The software installed without a hitch. Actually, I received Photoshop CS6 extended which has a few more extras as opposed to the basic package that I paid for. Thank you very much Lastchancebuys for your sale product, your rapid delivery and the unexpected upgrade !!! I will look at their site from time to time to see if there is anything more that I can use. Would certainly buy from them again. Strongly Recommend :)

GBHorrible customer service UPDATE: Finally received the product (8 days after ordering) and received a blank disc. The disk and serial number were not in Adobe packaging. Called Adobe support and gave them the serial number I was given by Last Chance Buys and turns out it is an Adobe licensing product (which I'd be surprised if you are even able to sell). I believe they should have disclosed these things right away. Thankful that Adobe chat was able to help me out. I recently purchased the CS6 Web and Design Premium from Last Chance Buys. Did not receive a confirmation by email. I tried calling and emailing customer support for a status update and had not heard anything back. The customer support line prompts took me to the recent purchases line where they prompt you to create a ticket online. I tried to create a ticket online and am taken to a broken link (saying you have entered an incorrect address which is their link). My status on my account had not changed. 5 days later and I finally get a tracking number (that is not found). I have taken screen shots of all my difficulties with this site for proof. 5 days later and I still have not received a response for any of my emails. The product is still not on my doorstep. On the site they say they will get back to you in less than 24 hours to respond (lies). I would not recommend them to anyone. Yes, their prices are great, but it is not worth not knowing whether you will even get the product or not. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!

GBUNRESPONSIVE I ordered Abode Acrobat X Pro on July 22, 2015. The order arrived promptly, but it was the wrong software. Using their Web-form for refunds & exchanges, I requested a refund. I received an email stating they would send a return label. After numerous emails and phone calls, I have received no response. I sent the software back at my expense and disputed the credit card charge. I would not recommend this company for internet sales.

GBProducts paid for are not delivered. Stay away! I have been charged for a product I ordered 4 weeks ago but have not yet received - and doubt I will ever receive at this point. Their customer service is non-existent: they do not respond to any form of communication (email, online messages, phone). I have never left a bad review for a company before - and I even filed a BBB complaint about them, again for the first time. I would recommend to everybody to stay away and never order anything from Last Chance Buys.

GBI believe the company stole my $489.99 In September 2014 i had purchased a software program Photoshop for Mac from the website lastchancebuys.com. Two weeks later, after attempting to call and email the company to find out when i would receive the software, one email was sent indication it was just sent. I did receive it but it was for a PC, not an apple computer. Since i have an apple computer, the software is useless to me. I tried contacting the company of the situation but no response. Last Chance Buys finally answered my email concerning the problem and told me to return the disc. I did by 2nd day USPS with signature confirmation and emailed the company with a link that shows the disc was signed for by them and that i would like a receipt. After repeated calls and unanswered emails indicating i would like my payment of $489.99 refunded but with no response, i filed a dispute with Barclay MasterCard which was used to purchase the software. On my Barclay statement of 11/24/14, the disputed charge of $489.99 was credited to my account but reapplied on the next statement because Last Chance Buys claimed the transaction was in person, which it was not. I opened a 2nd dispute and sent Barclay 3 documents supporting my dispute: the receipt of the sale and a copy of the last correspondence by email with a link to the USPS website both indicating that the transaction was NOT in person and a copy of the page from the USPS website indicating the disc was received by them. On February 10th, i received a letter from Barclay: "...merchant has since denied out request for credit based on the enclosed documentation refuting the disputed claim ...we are unable to further pursue credit on your behalf for this particular transaction because we were not provided with another qualified merchant's written opinion that the work performed by the above merchant was incomplete, unnecessary or of inferior quality."
