GBTerrible customer service and warranty replacement I have been waiting a month for the screen protector I have, which has cracked, to come back into stock for a warranty replacement. It still isn’t available and any equivalent product offered as an alternative has an additional charge of £15. I have been in touch with their customer support who are not at all helpful and just reply with the same stock answer, I’m not sure if I’m taking to a person or AI. I’m so disappointed as the products are good and the warranty replacement service used to be the reason I chose ZAGG but given this experience I would say avoid them!

GBBad Customer and Warranty Service The screen didn't do a good job of protecting my phone. The replacement will apparently take three weeks to arrive. Shipping in for my "free" replacement is $10, which is obviously a highly inflated price for such a small package. Lastly, customer service responded by saying that if I want it faster, I should just pay more for delivery. Bad answer.

GBstay away from this scams stay away from this scams. I bought a screen protector for a Iphone 15 and after a month they the screen shattered and I have a warranty, (IT WASN'T CHEAP) but when I go the the store to get it fixed they told me to pay more than the screen cost itself. So I stopped by at Walmart and found a better quality screen and its way more cheap

GBDissatisfied with service. Deeply disappointed with the company's shipping. Ordered on 2 separate occasions. They purposely don't want you to receive shipment within 30 day return window. Liked the phone cases. Not available from local vendors so probably will never buy again.

GBRip off! Scam company! I bought a brand new phone and the invisible shield screen protector at my local phone carrier's store. I had issues with the protector shortly after my purchase. Zagg promised a lifetime warranty. I'd been in contact with them for months trying to get a proper replacement. They sent me some really flimsy plastic. Nothing like I originally purchased. First, they told me that they were out of stock. Then after months of terrible customer service and communication, they told me that they no longer carried the product for my phone because it wasn't popular. Now, I'm out 40+ bucks and no screen protector. They refused to give me a refund since I didn't buy it directly from them, but an AUTHORIZED carrier.
