GBLong delivery I've paid for a screen protector and it's been 2 to 3 weeks and I still haven't received it. Just got a email today saying it's just leaving there werehouse. Why such a long wait? Order number 111290426

GBLifetime warranty not what is claims I bought a ‘glass elite’ screen protector for my phone. I dropped it and it worked brilliantly, protecting the screen underneath. I contacted ZAGG to order a replacement as the packaging promises a lifetime warranty with a free replacement. It turns out that paying for postage and the ‘upgrade’ (as my original product is no longer available) costs almost as much as the original product I bought. Lifetime warranty is not what is says on the tin. Would not recommend.

GBI purchased a protective shield for my… I purchased a protective shield for my iPhone some months ago. It was recommended by a reputable store In Canterbury. Although it was pricey and I hadn’t planned to spend that much on a tiny sheet of plastic, I was informed by the member of staff that customers were very happy with the product and that after registering the item, ZAGG would replace the shield should it ever crack. The staff member even kindly fitted the shield for me so I left the store very satisfied and confident that it had been money well spent. How wrong I was. I am extremely careful with my phone but after only a few weeks, the shield cracked, and the damage worsened over a matter of days. I contacted ZAGG immediately and received a response saying they did not have the item in stock but that they would notify me when one was available. I had registered the phone as instructed by the store. I am constantly receiving emails from ZAGG about offers INCLUDING the protective shield!!! I still have not received a replacement. Every time I try, I am told they are out of stock but clearly they have are not as they can still be purchased! This is obviously a scam to get people to buy them. I went back to the store to explain and was told, after contacting the company himself, using my phone, that I should receive one in the post soon. I am still waiting. Do not spend money on this expensive item and do not be taken in by the lies.

USDissatisfied with service. Deeply disappointed with the company's shipping. Ordered on 2 separate occasions. They purposely don't want you to receive shipment within 30 day return window. Liked the phone cases. Not available from local vendors so probably will never buy again.

USNot impressed. I purchased the Zagg glass XTR2 it is claims to have anti-reflective technology. The only problem is that I can clearly see my reflection. So where ever that anti-reflective tech is, it surely wasn't built into this screen protector.
