Do NOT Trust BRANDSMART WARRANTY AND GUARANTEED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY I just purchased a refrigerator less than a month ago. I also purchased the fake extended warranty. The refrigerator stopped working on Day 25 of ownership and I called BrandsMart to exchange per their policy. My food is going bad and the best I can get is a threat that some technician will call and I better answer or I will be removed from the list. This is crazy service. I spoke to a lady named Lydia and explained my situation. I am unable to drive to the store at this time due to health. I called the store and was transferred. Purchase ORDER NUMBER 3850849. I will keep writing until someone corrects this injustice. My God, it's inflation and you are selling garbage and don't honor your policy.

Never buy from Brandsmart unless you take it with you… Never buy from Brandsmart unless you take it with you. Supposed to deliver on Monday, came and said driveway was too long and the 2 mile drive was unsafe. It’s a 200 foot drive, 9 feet wide, so lazy delivery driver entered false data in system. They said they would send a different truck on Tuesday. Nobody showed. Then said Wednesday, nobody showed. Then said they would deliver on Friday. Waited all day. Called when time exceeded window they gave, and told me at 2:00 they would be there in a few minutes. Called again at 4:00 when they haven’t arrive, told me they weren’t sure as I was the next stop. They put me on hold and came back and said they were in route to my home. Then at 6:00, they told me they were in traffic, but should arrive in 30 minutes. It’s now 9:00 at night, and just got off phone. They never were in route, nor was the deliver scheduled. So four days off work and still no appliance, and they have refused to deliver and they are holding my money for the appliance. Sounds like the perfect scam.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service, Melody at 954-797-4000 was so rude, I have never encountered such horrible animal. My deliver was scheduled between 3:30-6:30, at 7:30 no delivery. Melody was very rude and treated me as though I was disturbing her by asking about my deliver time. I would rather pay the extra money for my merchandise some place else than to be treated like a third class citizen. It is not worth the humiliation I encountered with those people. I rather pay more with a peace of mind. Brandsmart customer service is the worst. And the employees let you know that they can get away with treating the customers badly. I will never spend another cent with those people. By the way two men showed up at my door after 8:30 pm to deliver my appliances. I refused to answer, I am a single woman who lives along. If something bad had happened to me no one would have known who created the crime.

Horrible customer service First delivery was rescheduled! All 4 items were ok board ! They changed it from Friday to Monday , Monday cMe and only 2 items were available! Install crew was prompt and courteous, however brand new refrigerator works in refrigerator side however freezer does not work! Customer service wait time is 30-50 minutes every time I call !totally dissatisfied !!! Last time I, or any family member will EVER! Buy here again!

Don't purchase from Brandsmart I ordered a 75 " tv over the phone for $1550.00 including tax on 1/19/24 and was told I would have delivery in 5-7 days . I was never sent an order number or tracking number but they made sure to charge my credit card on that day . I called 13 times and each time I had to wait between 32 and 57 minutes to talk to someone about my order. Several times during calls , they pick up phone and hang up and you have to start all over again. When I finally speak to somebody, they say they will have your salesperson call you . But he never calls . People that answer the phone have told me , they have emailed my salesman to call me , but still no calls. I call and wait for 43 minutes for someone to talk to and ask to speak to a manager , they tell me no managers are available at this time and they will have one call me. I am still waiting for that call. I then sent emails to customer service , detailing my issues. They send a computer generated response each time and it says the same thing. We are sorry for your inconvenience and your salesperson will call you shortly . Still waiting after 6 emails. On Feb 2,2024, I called Brandsmart and waited 12 minutes and got disconnected again , called back and after 33 minutes additional time waiting , I cancelled the order and requested my charge be credited. I was assured the order was cancelled and my card would be credited . Ten days later (2/12/24) I get my credit card bill and the charge has not been credited. I call Brandsmart and wait 45 minutes to speak with someone. I speak with a customer service team member and advised that refunds take 3-5 business days to credit to your account. I advised her , it had been 10 days . Her response, oh, I'll have to have a manager call you . I laughed and she asks why are you laughing . I tell her I have been waiting for a manager to call me for over 3 weeks. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BRANDSMART . RUN RUN RUN FROM THEM AND DON'T LOOK BACK. They don't know what customer service is . I hear there response for warranty repair claims is WORST.
