GBRemoval and installation of a stacked washer and dryer Removal and installation of a stacked washer and dryer in my home on the 2nd floor taking the old one out they basically threw it down the stairs leaving holes and scrapes in the wall and banister. The carpet on the stairs is trashed i now need new carpet. The two men making the delivery didn't have a clue. Thanks brandsmart 1200 hundred dollar machine now it's going to cost me 5grand with the repairs.

GBPoor delivery and installation I bought a stove… Receit no 0010405424 I bought a stove on 1/12 that was delivered on 1/20 by Ryder. The two men refused to make the installation despite the fact that I could show them my reciept specifying that installation and haul away was included in my order. I protested and wrote my protest on the slip they wanted me to sign. They were unfriendly and rude too.

GBThe worst delivery service ever The worst delivery service ever, the $79.00 cost of delivery, almost a week, and still waiting. They promise delivery on Monday, three days after purchase and today is Sunday, over a week after purchase and I am still waiting. I wait all day, with a confirmed delivery in the morning, another text for 2, 3:30, 5:30 and still waiting. The Customer service is non-existent, they hang up multiple times. I'm so disappointed, and worst of all, nobody cares. Once you pay your purchase, you are on your own, they don't even care about your time, not even an apology . Wow, so sad. I will think twice about using them again.

GBWorst experience in my life. In May 2019 I ordered all new kitchen appliances and was told to give them a one-month notice for delivery. After 2 years I was told that they had oversold & couldn't deliver. They issued a credit. I ordered again. They delivered just the stove & refrigerator. But the refrigerlator could not be installed until I had a plumber install a new water line (Cost $350.00) -- I already had one working in the old refrigerator. They are not cooperating in coming back to put the handles, etc. on the refrigerator. so far 2 years & 4 months since this process began.......This is rediculous. I'm still waiting . . .

GBSteve Stephens has been working with us… Steve Stephens has been working with us on our kitchen appliances. We actually special ordered an oven and changed our mind prior to the arrival of our oven. Steve’s manager Ed approved our change and refunded us our money. We were able to move forward and order our oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Steve was beyond patient and knowledgeable about the appliances. We highly recommend him and brandsmart.
