GBInconvenient I was inquiring about a twin size bed. The process was long and I wasn't given proper attention. The salesman kept answering the phone while I was waiting. After all was said and done the wrong bed was delivered. A much cheaper mattress. I had to go back to the store and the manager said oh the other mattress is 80.00 more. They like to play games. I was nothing but polite and patient. I didn't appreciate there tactics.This isn't how to keep a regular customer or good recommendations. Unprofessional.They won't be seeing me again !

GBI bought 4 cameras from the Doraville… I bought 4 cameras from the Doraville Georgia store. I found them on the Lorex camera website cheaper than I paid at this store. So I called them today and was transferred to every department the store has I believe. Needless to say after 1.5 hours of wasted time on the phone i was told to come into the store. So I drove the 1.5 hours to the store to show them on the Lorex website that they were cheaper on there than what I paid at brandsmart, because they will price match. It was an approximate $130 difference, so yes I wanted to be reimbursed. I showed them that they were cheaper on the website and they said since I bought 2 separate cameras from brandsmart, because that's how they sell them, now mind you they are the same cameras, that they could not reimburse me any money because the 2 pack the website sells is considerably less to buy than they could sell them for and wouldn't honor their price. I was like what the heck??? I went off, especially after they said I could have called to settle this over the phone before I came to the store. This had me furious!!! Then to tell me they couldn't do a refund!!! What ever happen to the customer is always right?? Thos store manager was rude and unprofessional and clearly was looking to get out of offer me a refund after there refund policy says .....find it cheaper and we will refund.....NO HASSLES!!!! Well that's Bullcrap!!! Long story short, the cameras will be taken back to this crappy, poor run, discustomer service store, my brandsmart card cut up and no longer used and a customer of nearly 20 years lost. Not that they would care but please beware of there lying policies and price comparisons.

GBI purchased a top of the line Samsung… I purchased a top of the line Samsung washing machine with an extended warranty. I have had it 3weeks. I have contacted the deerfield store to request for a return the machine has stopped working . After speaking to five people one in sales one at there answering reception one at head office one at Hr in the store. I have had no joy. Prices might sway you to purchase here but buyer beware when it comes to service or returns don't expect a call back or fast service.

GBNever buy from Brandsmart unless you take it with you… Never buy from Brandsmart unless you take it with you. Supposed to deliver on Monday, came and said driveway was too long and the 2 mile drive was unsafe. It’s a 200 foot drive, 9 feet wide, so lazy delivery driver entered false data in system. They said they would send a different truck on Tuesday. Nobody showed. Then said Wednesday, nobody showed. Then said they would deliver on Friday. Waited all day. Called when time exceeded window they gave, and told me at 2:00 they would be there in a few minutes. Called again at 4:00 when they haven’t arrive, told me they weren’t sure as I was the next stop. They put me on hold and came back and said they were in route to my home. Then at 6:00, they told me they were in traffic, but should arrive in 30 minutes. It’s now 9:00 at night, and just got off phone. They never were in route, nor was the deliver scheduled. So four days off work and still no appliance, and they have refused to deliver and they are holding my money for the appliance. Sounds like the perfect scam.

GBJust wanted to say what a great service… Just wanted to say what a great service I received from Chris and Gilbert. I was a little disappointed that they were not able to deliver the new fridge the night before. But Chris really flipped my experience a full 180 degree. He called me early in the morning apologized to me and went out of his way to make my delivery happen the following morning. Within an hour I had the driver pulled up my drive way and got to work building the refrigerator. In 30 mins I was signing the delivery confirmation and everything was perfect. Thanks again guys!
