Poor delivery and installation I bought a stove… Receit no 0010405424 I bought a stove on 1/12 that was delivered on 1/20 by Ryder. The two men refused to make the installation despite the fact that I could show them my reciept specifying that installation and haul away was included in my order. I protested and wrote my protest on the slip they wanted me to sign. They were unfriendly and rude too.

Do NOT Trust BRANDSMART WARRANTY AND GUARANTEED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY I just purchased a refrigerator less than a month ago. I also purchased the fake extended warranty. The refrigerator stopped working on Day 25 of ownership and I called BrandsMart to exchange per their policy. My food is going bad and the best I can get is a threat that some technician will call and I better answer or I will be removed from the list. This is crazy service. I spoke to a lady named Lydia and explained my situation. I am unable to drive to the store at this time due to health. I called the store and was transferred. Purchase ORDER NUMBER 3850849. I will keep writing until someone corrects this injustice. My God, it's inflation and you are selling garbage and don't honor your policy.

Don't buy from Brandsmart!! I purchased an undercounter icemaker here, and it is a lemon! It makes ice, but the ice melts immediately. I called the manufacturer who told me it was a defect, and that Brandsmart should give me a new unit or my money back, as it was only 2 mi the old, and had just been Installed. Brandsmart insisted they pick it up and try to repair it. First time theytried to pick it up when I wasn't home, since they never scheduled it. They took it for a week and returned it with nothing done to it. So I had it installed, Uninstaller and reinstalled! I called Brandamart and told them again what the manufacturer said. Again they said they needed to pick it up and try to repair it. They called me a couple days later and said nothing was wrong with it "it makes ice...it's not a freezer". An expensive icemaker should maintain the icecubes..not have to immediately be emptied. A countertop unit would work significantly better. They want to return a broken unit to me again. It is extremely noisy and doesn't keep icecubes. Do NOT purchase from Brandsmart!! They don't stand behind their one year warranty. I asked to speak with a mgr and was told they would call me, but so far they still have my broken unit, and nobody has called!

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service, Melody at 954-797-4000 was so rude, I have never encountered such horrible animal. My deliver was scheduled between 3:30-6:30, at 7:30 no delivery. Melody was very rude and treated me as though I was disturbing her by asking about my deliver time. I would rather pay the extra money for my merchandise some place else than to be treated like a third class citizen. It is not worth the humiliation I encountered with those people. I rather pay more with a peace of mind. Brandsmart customer service is the worst. And the employees let you know that they can get away with treating the customers badly. I will never spend another cent with those people. By the way two men showed up at my door after 8:30 pm to deliver my appliances. I refused to answer, I am a single woman who lives along. If something bad had happened to me no one would have known who created the crime.

I purchased a top of the line Samsung… I purchased a top of the line Samsung washing machine with an extended warranty. I have had it 3weeks. I have contacted the deerfield store to request for a return the machine has stopped working . After speaking to five people one in sales one at there answering reception one at head office one at Hr in the store. I have had no joy. Prices might sway you to purchase here but buyer beware when it comes to service or returns don't expect a call back or fast service.
