Just wanted to say what a great service… Just wanted to say what a great service I received from Chris and Gilbert. I was a little disappointed that they were not able to deliver the new fridge the night before. But Chris really flipped my experience a full 180 degree. He called me early in the morning apologized to me and went out of his way to make my delivery happen the following morning. Within an hour I had the driver pulled up my drive way and got to work building the refrigerator. In 30 mins I was signing the delivery confirmation and everything was perfect. Thanks again guys!

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service, Melody at 954-797-4000 was so rude, I have never encountered such horrible animal. My deliver was scheduled between 3:30-6:30, at 7:30 no delivery. Melody was very rude and treated me as though I was disturbing her by asking about my deliver time. I would rather pay the extra money for my merchandise some place else than to be treated like a third class citizen. It is not worth the humiliation I encountered with those people. I rather pay more with a peace of mind. Brandsmart customer service is the worst. And the employees let you know that they can get away with treating the customers badly. I will never spend another cent with those people. By the way two men showed up at my door after 8:30 pm to deliver my appliances. I refused to answer, I am a single woman who lives along. If something bad had happened to me no one would have known who created the crime.

Horrible customer service First delivery was rescheduled! All 4 items were ok board ! They changed it from Friday to Monday , Monday cMe and only 2 items were available! Install crew was prompt and courteous, however brand new refrigerator works in refrigerator side however freezer does not work! Customer service wait time is 30-50 minutes every time I call !totally dissatisfied !!! Last time I, or any family member will EVER! Buy here again!

I bought a refrigerator they everything… I bought a refrigerator they everything was ok the delivery was in 3 days waited on the delivery and they didn't show up i called and they said that the refrigerator wasn't in stock when they had told me it was they had to give me another refrigerator now I bought a washer and dryer and the delivery was for today guess what they didn't show up for this delivery either because they are saying that the washer and dryer is not in stock either it's false advertising they selling things that they don't have in stock

Horrible online experience Horrible online experience. Twice now I have purchased a washer and dryer for only 1 unit to be attempted to be delivered. Maybe shopping in their stores is better but don't trust online info saying in stock because none of it is true
