GBI purchased what I thought would be a… I purchased what I thought would be a lovely warm jacket. Checked the sizing. The jacket eventually arrived, very thin and not warm at all and far too small. I asked to return it and was told to pay the return costs myself - to China - which would be credited to another item. I did not want this. Got in touch with Paypal, and finally was told to return the jacket to Canada, again paying the costs myself - £10.95. Fortunately, Paypal has a system whereby one can recover these costs. DO NOT BUY FROM WARMJACKET, they misrepresent everything.

AUDo not order I ordered Jewelry from them. I ordered 6 products but only received 2 after 3 months of placing order. I threatened them that I will report them to the authority if they ignore me so they reply me promptly & nicely ... The staff promise me that the remaining products will be sent promptly, but guessed what I never received them until today after 10 months of waiting. No follow up asking whether I receive anything. What can I say, there is no service only broken promises one after another. Efficiently is inexistent. I never ever order their products again.

GBI sincerely wish that I could rate this… I sincerely wish that I could rate this business a zero! Almost 2 months and still have not received my order or any replies to multiple emails! I paid with Paypal and submitted a dispute. Today I submitted a claim.

GBNot reliable....buyer beware! Ordered a LivingSocial.com voucher from epacificmall.com for a 3 in 1 USB charger and out of the 3 cables, 1 works. I have contacted ePacificMall.com several times through email (as it's their only form of contact through their website) and no response. LivingSocial is also passing the ball to ePacificmall.com. All I would like is an exchange for one that works and it would have been nice to get a response back at the very least. Not a reliable online vendor if you god forbid have any issues with your order.

GBWish I had read these reviews first Wish I had read these reviews first. If you think PAYPAL will help your case, good luck! Made purchase on March 3rd. And only received partial shipment. Many calls, emails and broken promises. Pay Pal Resolution Center seems to be dragging their heals and after spending $35.00+ to ship back to seller, I keep getting run around from Pay Pal. I'm out $115.00 plus return costs. With all these negative reviews WHY is Pay Pal dealing with them?
