BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Company is a SCAM, never received product or refund Beware, this company is a crooked run company out of Canada. They follow no ethical business principles and take your money and never deliver the product. Good luck trying to contact them, no representatives are ever available. Run by a bunch of con artists not delivering products, but keeping your money!!!!!! I will take them to court, luckily i'm next door in Detroit and between Toronto.

its a scam! this is all a scam.. i purchased a set of brushes from them through living social about two months ago and i still havent recieved it. they keep telling me they will get my tracking information but never do. DO NOT even try to get anything from them cause youll never get it. Im surprised living social is still promoting their stuff on their page though

I ordered a Diamond Art kit on the 9th… I ordered a Diamond Art kit on the 9th May and have still not received it. I notice that these complaints have been going on for years, so my question is why is this company still able to continue trading? Paypal needs to stop dealing with this company.

Applying For Employment So I've never actually purchased anything with them howeverI was considering becoming a CSR with the company. For the people who posted on this site, I want to say a genuine thank you for the heads up. I would hate to be on the other end of the situation having to force feed people bulls**t information because the higher ups are theiving scoundrels. To be honest, I'm surprised that no one's bothered to call the Better Business Bureau or whatever they're called.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE I ordered a make-up brush kit 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I have sent numerous emails through their 'contact us' form on the website and STILL not received a reply - I am so angry! I just sent my third email through the contact us from today. No phone number available for me to call and abuse them, which is unfortunate because I would truly enjoy that at this point. I bought the products for a friends birthday that was 2 weeks ago, so I am very disappointed. I have complained to living social and I suggest if you are having problems you do the same, it is NOT okay for this company to keep screwing people over and they should not be allowed to sell their products through livingsocial if they are ripping people off - it reflect badly on both companies in my opinion. absolutely unbelievable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
