GBSCAM company, DON"T buy from them I had purchased a "mystery box" voucher for $12 from KGBdeals.com for products that were supposed to be worth $150. Instead I received Chinese fraudulent cell phone accessories that can be bought on eBay for $3-5!!! Additionally, it took almost 3 months to ship the product instead of promised 2 weeks. I'm afraid even to use this stuff as not to break my cell phone. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!

GBI purchased what I thought would be a… I purchased what I thought would be a lovely warm jacket. Checked the sizing. The jacket eventually arrived, very thin and not warm at all and far too small. I asked to return it and was told to pay the return costs myself - to China - which would be credited to another item. I did not want this. Got in touch with Paypal, and finally was told to return the jacket to Canada, again paying the costs myself - £10.95. Fortunately, Paypal has a system whereby one can recover these costs. DO NOT BUY FROM WARMJACKET, they misrepresent everything.

GBI sincerely wish that I could rate this… I sincerely wish that I could rate this business a zero! Almost 2 months and still have not received my order or any replies to multiple emails! I paid with Paypal and submitted a dispute. Today I submitted a claim.

GBNot reliable....buyer beware! Ordered a LivingSocial.com voucher from epacificmall.com for a 3 in 1 USB charger and out of the 3 cables, 1 works. I have contacted ePacificMall.com several times through email (as it's their only form of contact through their website) and no response. LivingSocial is also passing the ball to ePacificmall.com. All I would like is an exchange for one that works and it would have been nice to get a response back at the very least. Not a reliable online vendor if you god forbid have any issues with your order.

AUDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE I ordered a make-up brush kit 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I have sent numerous emails through their 'contact us' form on the website and STILL not received a reply - I am so angry! I just sent my third email through the contact us from today. No phone number available for me to call and abuse them, which is unfortunate because I would truly enjoy that at this point. I bought the products for a friends birthday that was 2 weeks ago, so I am very disappointed. I have complained to living social and I suggest if you are having problems you do the same, it is NOT okay for this company to keep screwing people over and they should not be allowed to sell their products through livingsocial if they are ripping people off - it reflect badly on both companies in my opinion. absolutely unbelievable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
