BRThe team and the earphones from Tranya are amazing. The Tranya team is simply amazing, producing excellent quality earphones and constantly evolving to please the customer. Moreover, surprisingly, a part of the earphone had an issue and was under warranty. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I love this company, the customer service team was exceptional, seriously, not just as a fanboy, but Tranya's earphone is the best. This is already the third one I've purchased, and the service has been excellent on top of that. This team is incredible, I love Tranya.

GBBad company, Tried to blackmail me. My package arrived, earbuds didnt work. They didnt turn on, didnt work at all. Then, after I directly emailed support, because they dont have a chat function ON THE PAGE. And then, they tried to blackmail me into giving them 5 stars on a separate webpage in order to get my earbuds replaced. Frankly I'm disgusted.
