GBTranyaGo is trash product and service Ordered a watch. 4 weeks later it arrived. Surprised by the low quality and feel ( vibration feels like the watch is going to fall apart and the screen is blurry). Requested a refund and was asked to upload a video to YouTube showing the quality issue (I don't have YouTube account nor should I have to) was then told they ship from chine and I will bare the cost of shipping and they do not hold responsibility for lost packages. Currently disputing charges with the bank.

BRWonderful customer support! The magnet of my Tranya smartwacht fell, but they replaced it with a new watch free of charge, no hassle and even paid the customs taxes! Great customer service! I recommend it with my eyes closed and would buy Tranya products again and again!

GBabsolutely no returns Returns are only quailfy due with quality issues. Edgilable returns must be unused and packaged as orginal. In other words, absolutely no returns. You won't know the quality if you're not using it, opening the product.
