Tranya stands behind their product! I really appreciated the customer service. 5 star. I have bought 2 Tranya earbuds and would buy them again. Sound is great and most recently one of them stopped working and they replaced it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for headphones or earbuds. Thanks Tranya!!!!

The team and the earphones from Tranya are amazing. The Tranya team is simply amazing, producing excellent quality earphones and constantly evolving to please the customer. Moreover, surprisingly, a part of the earphone had an issue and was under warranty. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I love this company, the customer service team was exceptional, seriously, not just as a fanboy, but Tranya's earphone is the best. This is already the third one I've purchased, and the service has been excellent on top of that. This team is incredible, I love Tranya.
