After we put our dog down, I ordered one for my husband with a video of our pup fetching a ball. He loves it and everyone that comes over comments on how cool it is. When the display stopping working, they were easy to communicate with and replaced the defective object seamlessly.

However the device came faulty and would not work properly, my initially impression was bad. However! Once I reached out to the support team they were amazing and most helpful. They arrange a DHL prepaid pickup all the way from Thailand to their office in USA and I received a new device back to my door within a week hassle free! Would definitely recommend to friends.

I love my Limited Edition Infinite… I love my Limited Edition Infinite Object and it looks fantastic! The only reason for the loss of a star is that it arrived defective, and while it was replaced at no charge, the process took about 4 weeks. Not too long in the grand scale of things, but I was eager to display my purchase and a little disappointed I had to wait.
