Trustworthy and great customer service Linsoul is a great site for Chi-Fi gear. I had an issue with receiving an incorrect item and the customer service response was excellent, quickly looking into what had happened and then offered options what could be done to make me happy.

Excellent customer service I bought the 7hzx zero two crinecle iems from amazon but appeared to be defective. They asked me to record the defective product and sent a video to them, they very quickly sent a replacement. All around very happy.

Never again. The item was in stock and I payed for express shipping, customer service say that it wasn't in order and the timeframe that is express shipping is when they get the product. And that timeframe is 3 to 7 days, will not touch anything more frome this company or even consider ordering anything else.
