Never recieved my Headphones Never recieved my Headphones. Linsoul does not want to send me new ones or even start an investigation to find my package. Worst service ever after 2 months of waiting, the promised it would be fixed in 5-8 business days.

Ordered £500 earphones, not arrived Ordered £500 earphones, not delivered. Linsoul have said that they know that they have not been delivered. They are waiting for the package to be returned, waiting weeks now, and are unable to simply send a new order until they receive the parcel from the courier. This has taken almost a month. Really bad customer service, will never buy from them again

Kiwi Ears Quintet Sent my item quickly even though the store page said "pre-order". Kiwi Ears quintet is amazing, way better than the 7hz Timeless they are replacing. Linsoul customer support is great, didn't need it for the last purchase but when my Timeless came defective they RMA'd a replacement as soon as they received the first.

Never again. The item was in stock and I payed for express shipping, customer service say that it wasn't in order and the timeframe that is express shipping is when they get the product. And that timeframe is 3 to 7 days, will not touch anything more frome this company or even consider ordering anything else.
