Never again. The item was in stock and I payed for express shipping, customer service say that it wasn't in order and the timeframe that is express shipping is when they get the product. And that timeframe is 3 to 7 days, will not touch anything more frome this company or even consider ordering anything else.

Linsoul customer support is great, didn't need it for the last purchase but when my Timeless came defective they RMA'd a replacement as soon as they received the first.
