Ordering was simple and we both love … Ordering was simple and we both love our new binoculars. The only concern was with delivery. Dropping the package on the stoop, ringing the bell and trotting away kind of delivery requires me to stay home all day to retrieve it before someone else decides gift themselves with it.

Parting friends I’ve been doing business with the friendly staff at EO for 12 years and have enjoyed every minute. I’m sorry to see them go but at least they (staff) will stay close by being part of the Vortex company who will honor my EO and Atlas binocular warranty.

Friendly customer service (you always get a real person on the phone not a machine), and shipping is lightening fast. I have also sent in products to be repaired. They have made that process easy to do, and when the product was returned the repairs were wonderfully executed.
