Friendly customer service (you always get a real person on the phone not a machine), and shipping is lightening fast. I have also sent in products to be repaired. They have made that process easy to do, and when the product was returned the repairs were wonderfully executed.

GBI've enjoyed buying from Eagle Optics … I've enjoyed buying from Eagle Optics for over 20 years: a Kowa scope, four Eagle binoculars, and several accessories. Only one return for warranty repair, and that went very well. I lament your demise.

GBVery satifsfied I have been purchasing Eagle Optics Binoculars now for at least ten years. During that time I have had the good fortune to always talk with a very helpful, knowledgeable sales person. They have directed me to the best glasses for the best price. I've never been let down. They have also repaired/cleaned my binoculars for no charge and quick turn around time! I am very sad to hear they are going out of business!

GBLive chat helpful tool Using the live chat I received helpful input from Eagle Optics representative concerning purchase I was considering. Had to wait a bit longer than anticipated ( due, I was told, to representatives assisting in-store customers) but the wait was worth it. Unfortunately I don't recall her name but she was very knowledgeable about products. When I called back and placed the order, I was told to expect it in 3-5 business days. Was pleasantly surprised to receive it the very next day. Sorry to hear Eagle Optics plans to go out of business.
