Even gave me some wrong info by accident as I'm an international customer, and immediately called me back with corrected information. Always great service and friendly, knowledgeable people to talk to about the performance of whatever it is you might want to buy. They had an amazing return policy. It is sad that this company is going out of business. They don't make 'em like this place any more.

I've enjoyed using their binoculars (which are wonderful) and when I needed some minor repairs after years of use, they promptly repaired them. All I had to do was pay for the shipping. I've purchased new Eagle Optic binoculars for myself and both my grandchildren before it is too late and they arrived quickly, and perfectly wrapped to protect them. This company is the best. You don't get junk from them.
