I've enjoyed buying from Eagle Optics … I've enjoyed buying from Eagle Optics for over 20 years: a Kowa scope, four Eagle binoculars, and several accessories. Only one return for warranty repair, and that went very well. I lament your demise.

The binoculars arrived on schedule and … The binoculars arrived on schedule and were well packed in paper not plastic peanuts. In my brief time using the binoculars, I am pleased with the extending eyecups and lock out for the diopter adjustment. The rubber armor has a nice solid feel and I hope they can tolerate many years of use and abuse.

They also have expertise and direct me to the optics which are right for me. Also, they are supportive of environmental issues. When we were working to get the breach repaired in the West Pond in Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, Eagle Optics put our petition for the repairs on its facebook page. I will miss Eagle Optics.

Fantastic optics and service! I have a pair of Ranger binoculars from Eagle Optics that I think are fantastic. I purchased them about 7 years ago and have taken them out on many adventures. They perform as well or better than binoculars costing twice as much. Also I recently dropped them in the sand at the beach and Eagle Optics cleaned and serviced them for free.

Eagle Optics is an amazing company in … Eagle Optics is an amazing company in this day and age of planned obsolescence. They really stand behind there product and provide excellent customer service. I sent in my Eagle Optics Ranger binoculars for repair when one of the eye cups had broken. I fully expected to have to pay for the repairs because the binoculars were over 8 years old. Not only did they replace both eye cups but they did a full service - cleaned, reset focus, new argon gas, etc. and all at no charge. If you want a great pair of binos at a great price with unequaled customer service then I highly recommend buying Eagle Optics products. I recently bought another pair for my wife and couldn't be happier. Thanks Eagle Optics!
