I've enjoyed using their binoculars (which are wonderful) and when I needed some minor repairs after years of use, they promptly repaired them. All I had to do was pay for the shipping. I've purchased new Eagle Optic binoculars for myself and both my grandchildren before it is too late and they arrived quickly, and perfectly wrapped to protect them. This company is the best. You don't get junk from them.

When we were working to get the breach repaired in the West Pond in Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, Eagle Optics put our petition for the repairs on its facebook page. I will miss Eagle Optics.
