As a first-time customer (although I've read SAAL marketing emails for the past year) I expected a good product and was impressed with the final product. The online design process was simple. I submitted an unedited (slightly cropped) panorama my son captured with his 2nd Gen iPhone SE's camera. The image was excellent and well-suited to the metal mugs I ordered. The result is amazing (price was excellent and very affordable for high quality work). These mugs are gifts for the family as a keepsake of a remarkable photo.
