I had a minor disappointment when I received the Explorer Pro kit and I emailed it to Justin Johnson and he must have ran it up the chain of command because the next thing I know I'm receiving a UPS delivery of an extra, not included assembly at No Charge, at my office. Setting it up I see it only seems to… Setting it up I see it only seems to work for left eye set up , wondering if one can get the arm bracket for right eye set up. Unless it’s the hielmut hinge quality preventing me from rotating coupler to accommodate right eye set up ? Thanks from a newbie

Outstanding customer service and support Bought the Aurora Pro Kit and was missing a mount for the IR illuminator. Emailed the company and got a response within minutes from customer service. Explained my issue, they had the missing part shipped within 24 hours. Also assisted me with set up of the camera through their video library. They did all of this over the July 4th Holiday weekend. Outstanding customer service by Bill Bobrowski. Will buy from SIONYX again in the future! Best customer service I've ever experienced on any product. Camera is fantastic and does everything advertised! Great value for Night Vision product. Would recommend Aurora Pro to anyone.

It works It works, like surprisingly well. If its a new moon out and cloudy it wont be very effective without some illumination. If its anything greater than a new moon (even when its cloudy) I can see 3 or 400 yards into my property clear enough to make out facial features. The only thing i'd improve is making one with a reticle...

The buying process was amazingly easy! The buying process was amazingly easy. There was a hiccup that occurred when I received the email that said the camera had shipped, yet when I put in the tracking number in, UPS/FedEx (I forget who), said they hadn’t received the package yet??? I sent an email asking about that and received a response within a few minutes, which impressed me beyond words! The camera arrived a week later!
