Great device, great Customer Service... Their camera just wasn't right for my oldest son (an avoid hunter), so SIONIX accepted my return without question, full refund! If you're monitoring someone, say an FBI agent or other agency (DEA/DHS/Border Security, PI) THIS is your best way to go. The Head of Customer Care - Night Vision Camera Systems (Bill Bobrowski) , was all over the whole refund process. He also shipped the device very quickly. If ever I need something like this, I will definitely be back. Would recommend it! IF it had night/thermal capability, I might've kept it for myself...

I’ve had the aurora pro for about a…year I’ve had the aurora pro for about a year. This nvg is actually pretty amazing. Works well in low light, works well with illuminator, does a commendable job of trying to convert the dark into correct chromatic color. I gave it 4 stars because for this scope to make the leap it needs within the market it needs 2 things. First a digitally adjustable sight reticle as found on the ATN products. Second, the eye relief/focal point needs to be increased so that the eye doesn’t have to be so close to the display. This would allow for recoil with a black eye. SiOnyx has done a great job with this scope but these two features will greatly enhance the scope’s use ability for the hunting market.

Incredibly useful for boating Finally had a chance to acid-test the thing: cloudy night over the water, pitch black out to naked eye - though horizon lights around my bay and far-off city light haze provide a bit of illumination; color night mode test for boating use. I'm absolutely stunned by the detail observed - can clearly distinguish rocks, floating debris/logs, waves. Not even using the IR illuminator! Compare iPhone XS: black screen.

Outstanding customer service and support Bought the Aurora Pro Kit and was missing a mount for the IR illuminator. Emailed the company and got a response within minutes from customer service. Explained my issue, they had the missing part shipped within 24 hours. Also assisted me with set up of the camera through their video library. They did all of this over the July 4th Holiday weekend. Outstanding customer service by Bill Bobrowski. Will buy from SIONYX again in the future! Best customer service I've ever experienced on any product. Camera is fantastic and does everything advertised! Great value for Night Vision product. Would recommend Aurora Pro to anyone.

Didn't expect a fast delivery even as… Didn't expect a fast delivery even as remotely hidden in Fairbanks Alaska. Usually I see deliveries beyond 10 ten days. And at minus 10 degrees today camera was able to come on. Will be looking forward to the days and will use the camera more. Glad I responded to the ad. Sincerely; John G.
