GBNot happy with Crorza Cameras I have purchased 2 different Crorzar cameras and have been unable to use either one. The instructions are about useless, there are parts in the box that are not referenced anywhere in the Quick Manual. The two-minute set-up is a joke! After setting up our account, we have been unable to sign in, as it says that the e-mail or password is incorrect, even after checking 2 or 3 times. All in all this is very disappointing, and we will be going to Ring for our security system if we can't get this system to work in the next hour or so.

GB360 Outdoor Solar I purchased a 360 Outdoor Solar unit thinking it would follow detected motion.When received, I installed the unit. Only after calling technical support because the unit was not functioning correctly, did I find out that 360 Outdoor Solar does not follow motion. The info about the unit does not say anywhere that function does not work on that unit. The tech rep was very nice and explained the solar unit does not have the follow motion feature because it would run down the battery too quickly. I returned the unit to exchange for 360 Hardwired unit, and I'm awaiting delivery.

GBThe folks at Crorzar did their best to… The folks at Crorzar did their best to make the cameras work. We thought we had done our research to have the solar option using wifi to access. Unfortunately, where we live out in the "boonies," we just could not get the connection. Danny was honest with us and let us know we would be better off returning the cameras. The communication was great. We are currently awaiting our refund back tonour account. But we do believe Crorzar has done everything they could.

GB360 indoor and outdoor cameras Everything from checking on various cameras, ordering, shipping, and tech help with setup and use was great. Cameras work as should. Great product and value. The only thing I would like to see is a downloadable manual that explains all the features in easy to understand terms and how to use settings to set the cameras for personal use.

GBDanny Matt the best! I've had a couple of issues with my camera's. I sent an email to their customer service. Danny Matt called me back each time. He was very helpful and we were able to resolve my issues. Most were user errors! We did discover one of my 360 Solar camera's was defective. They are going to replace it. I have never had such extraordinary customer service! Danny was best!
