Very confusing website Very confusing website. Support gives two completely different answers. After contacting support they were condescending and rude. The products are very misleading on to what they do and don't. The products seem good but they have allot to learn about customer service.

I purchased 3 cameras I was unhappy with one and they let me return it and gave me a full refund. I purchased 3 cameras. 1 wired, and 2 outdoor battery operated. I have been relatively happy with them, but battery units wear down and have to be recharged which are had to find replacement rechargable batteries. So, I ordered a $199.95 Solar 360 unit. I've been on phone talking to Customer service, and in trying to get this to work, messed up my password, and now have the Solar Camera speaking in Japanese or Chinese. I finally gave up and asked for authorization to return and get a refund and since Early November, I haven been contacted. I have been e-mailing about once a week to the "Returns" e-mail address and all I get is silence.

Any slight interruption in Wi-Fi all… Any slight interruption in Wi-Fi all the cameras go off line. The solar outdoor cameras reset button is inside the battery box which means dismount disassemble and reconnect. The remount. There are better cameras on the market. Blink, Arlo. Ect. Wasted money.

Customer service called Me the next day… Customer service called Me the next day after I emailed them and walked me through the setup I needed for my 360 indoor camera. I've had 3 of these cameras for over a year with no problems. Any time I need help with settings or anything I've always had quick, professional guidance. Thanks

I have had Crorzar cameras for several… I have had Crorzar cameras for several years now, after having several other cheap brands. Crorzar has exceeded my expectations. I have expensive Lorex cameras & the Crozar are clearer & I can rotate them. I had to download their latest app after using the last one for a couple years. Danny walked me through the setup & was extremely patient with me! Crorzar is the best low cost camera I have found.
