GBHonest Business I ordered a camera , but mis-read or maybe misunderstood that it was not Solar powered. I was to use it at a remote location w/o any power. The company refunded my money to my credit card and let me ship the item back; hassle free. There was no back and forth, just a quick email with an RMA # and instructions on how /where to ship it. I may need that kind of camera for another installation and they offered me some additional perks if I decided to reorder. Good company to do business with.

GBDanny Matt the best! I've had a couple of issues with my camera's. I sent an email to their customer service. Danny Matt called me back each time. He was very helpful and we were able to resolve my issues. Most were user errors! We did discover one of my 360 Solar camera's was defective. They are going to replace it. I have never had such extraordinary customer service! Danny was best!

GBAll problems Solved !!! Not only had problems with resetting my Crorzar 360 outdoor camera, but also with my phone. Danny Matt kept up until I managed to reset my phone, then he walked me step-by-step through the whole process to link the camera with new Modem, & phone in use. Danny was patient. courteous and thorough to assure proper operation and connection was made. I am 83 yrs old. far from modern technics so very much appreciate the kindness shown to me by Danny. I have the camera set up to monitor my front drive, and can monitor through my Android phone thanks to Danny being so informative, patient and courteous to me. Highly recommend the company because of fantastic service received. Thanks again, Danny. May you continue to be a blessed worker !!

GBCustomer service called Me the next day… Customer service called Me the next day after I emailed them and walked me through the setup I needed for my 360 indoor camera. I've had 3 of these cameras for over a year with no problems. Any time I need help with settings or anything I've always had quick, professional guidance. Thanks

GBI’m very happy with my indoor 360… I’m very happy with my indoor 360 camera & how clear the video is of the room being captured. For me following the instructions the install wasn’t easy & had to call for assistance which took a couple of calls before I was up & running. Would I recommend or buy this camera again, without hesitation I would & will share with family & friends.
