The cameras keep movin' around on their… The cameras keep movin' around on their own.....I don't need to look at the wall behind my living room camera, I want to watch my living room and the 2 doors that open into it from the outside. You need a much easier to understand instruction manual, what you are giving us is terrible !!!! Other than this I really like the cameras.

Not happy with Crorza Cameras I have purchased 2 different Crorzar cameras and have been unable to use either one. The instructions are about useless, there are parts in the box that are not referenced anywhere in the Quick Manual. The two-minute set-up is a joke! After setting up our account, we have been unable to sign in, as it says that the e-mail or password is incorrect, even after checking 2 or 3 times. All in all this is very disappointing, and we will be going to Ring for our security system if we can't get this system to work in the next hour or so.

All problems Solved !!! Not only had problems with resetting my Crorzar 360 outdoor camera, but also with my phone. Danny Matt kept up until I managed to reset my phone, then he walked me step-by-step through the whole process to link the camera with new Modem, & phone in use. Danny was patient. courteous and thorough to assure proper operation and connection was made. I am 83 yrs old. far from modern technics so very much appreciate the kindness shown to me by Danny. I have the camera set up to monitor my front drive, and can monitor through my Android phone thanks to Danny being so informative, patient and courteous to me. Highly recommend the company because of fantastic service received. Thanks again, Danny. May you continue to be a blessed worker !!

I have had Crorzar cameras for several… I have had Crorzar cameras for several years now, after having several other cheap brands. Crorzar has exceeded my expectations. I have expensive Lorex cameras & the Crozar are clearer & I can rotate them. I had to download their latest app after using the last one for a couple years. Danny walked me through the setup & was extremely patient with me! Crorzar is the best low cost camera I have found.

Overall great service and product from… Overall great service and product from start to finish. Camera had a few glitches after a week installed. Called for tech support and was called back by Danny. This guy took me through the entire operation and corrected everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process. I could not have corrected the problem without him. I suggest everyone buy their products because the tech service, the friendliness, and knowledge of their products are remarkable. Thank you Danny!!!
