GBThe folks at Crorzar did their best to… The folks at Crorzar did their best to make the cameras work. We thought we had done our research to have the solar option using wifi to access. Unfortunately, where we live out in the "boonies," we just could not get the connection. Danny was honest with us and let us know we would be better off returning the cameras. The communication was great. We are currently awaiting our refund back tonour account. But we do believe Crorzar has done everything they could.

GBSo far the Doorbell Camera has been… So far the Doorbell Camera has been difficult to set up. Simple it has not been. The directions were confusing. I did however finally get most of the functions to work as designed except for the Motion Detecting. It works inconsistently and the quality of the pictures is awful. All I can get is a white screen. No definable picture at all.

GBDanny Matt the best! I've had a couple of issues with my camera's. I sent an email to their customer service. Danny Matt called me back each time. He was very helpful and we were able to resolve my issues. Most were user errors! We did discover one of my 360 Solar camera's was defective. They are going to replace it. I have never had such extraordinary customer service! Danny was best!

GBI purchased 3 cameras I was unhappy with one and they let me return it and gave me a full refund. I purchased 3 cameras. 1 wired, and 2 outdoor battery operated. I have been relatively happy with them, but battery units wear down and have to be recharged which are had to find replacement rechargable batteries. So, I ordered a $199.95 Solar 360 unit. I've been on phone talking to Customer service, and in trying to get this to work, messed up my password, and now have the Solar Camera speaking in Japanese or Chinese. I finally gave up and asked for authorization to return and get a refund and since Early November, I haven been contacted. I have been e-mailing about once a week to the "Returns" e-mail address and all I get is silence.

GBOverall great service and product from… Overall great service and product from start to finish. Camera had a few glitches after a week installed. Called for tech support and was called back by Danny. This guy took me through the entire operation and corrected everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process. I could not have corrected the problem without him. I suggest everyone buy their products because the tech service, the friendliness, and knowledge of their products are remarkable. Thank you Danny!!!
