As a professional film maker and past lead sales / video tech here in Los Angeles I have never experienced such amazing customer support and knowledge from such a innovative film company like Interfit USA. So far I have purchased their Ring Light and the Nomad Battery Backup. Both pieces have become every day tools with my image making. I have 2 Interfit s1 strobes I have 2 Interfit s1 strobes. Interfit doesn’t update their firmware. The latest update is from aug 2019. !! This means that I can’t use my strobes with my Nikon z9. The z9 has been here more than one year. This is not acceptable, and is rendering my interfit strobes obsolete. Buy something else. Godox, pro etc..

I must also say thank you to your shipping department I put the wrong zip code in and they called to make sure the proper address and zip had been given so I could get my light timely. .

I called a while back for help with a bulb that was not available anywhere yet and within 5 minutes, the bulb was on the way.

My children ordered a product for me… My children ordered a product for me for Christmas and not only did in not show up, but I was never contacted that the order was out of stock and it wouldn't be showing up. It wasn't until I called that I was told my order would be refunded. Big disappointment.
