Products are great Products are great, they work well and for the price point, I couldn't be happier! Items shipped quickly and were received after just 2 days. The only piece of feedback I might provide is I purchased 2 soft boxes that required a speed ring, and I had never used this type of soft box before. It would have been really nice to have some sort of installation instructions, or even a video on the website posted. The only thing I could find from Interfit was a video showing these items with a pop up style, similar to an umbrella. I ended up figuring out how to set them up with a competitors video.

I was hoping to find some basic… I was hoping to find some basic guidance on setting up my lights. I didn't find it on your site and am experimenting to find my desired results. Maybe I'm not using the site correctly.

Recently purchased two silver lined… Recently purchased two silver lined umbrellas. Being well made, they should provide many years of service. I also purchased several pop up backgrounds (5'X6'). The quality is fantastic and I only wish I had discovered these when I was in the photography business. They are well constructed, sturdy, and the quality of the fabric is outstanding. I especially like the brick background with the solid gray on the reverse side. The backgrounds are so fairly priced that I now own six of them...the cost of which would only provide for one background I used to purchase...you cannot go wrong with these backgrounds. They are portable and easily fold back into the provided case.

My children ordered a product for me… My children ordered a product for me for Christmas and not only did in not show up, but I was never contacted that the order was out of stock and it wouldn't be showing up. It wasn't until I called that I was told my order would be refunded. Big disappointment.

Inovation is only one of their secret weapons. As a professional film maker and past lead sales / video tech here in Los Angeles I have never experienced such amazing customer support and knowledge from such a innovative film company like Interfit USA. So far I have purchased their Ring Light and the Nomad Battery Backup. Both pieces have become every day tools with my image making. I am looking forward to purchasing their strobes and other video lights in the near future. Other companies should also take notes on their shipping / packaging amazingness! Thank you Interfit!
