GBI'm almost tempted to give a 2-star… I'm almost tempted to give a 2-star rating. I've become increasingly disappointed with the manufacture of various items from Interfit. I've had the bolt on the ratcheting tilt lock of an S1 strip. I've had at least 3 collapsible softboxes that have multiple joint failures. The glue anchoring the joint to the support shaft weakened and separated the joint from the shaft. I have to remedy this with gaffer tape to keep the joint extended and in place after unfolding. This wastes time before and after an on-location shoot. I've also had inner diffuser panel tabs tear from the elastic which renders them useless.

GBCustomer Support is Great pop up was ok.... Customer Support is Great, and I would probably buy from them again, though I like the backdrop I'm not "loving" it. It was a good value for the money, but I would also consider possibly spending a bit more as quality on this was OK but not great. The fabric itself in terms of color and hand painting was fine, but the fabric was a little thin, and there were wrinkles and you could see it did not quite fit the frame as well as some of my other popups. I think I will be able to work around it, but don't see any way to get the wrinkles out. However, their customer service went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that alone, I would be willing to give them another shot in the future.

GBAlways appreciate ordering from… Always appreciate ordering from Interfit USA. The customer service is always helpful, courteous and the best part, my orders arrive quickly. I called a while back for help with a bulb that was not available anywhere yet and within 5 minutes, the bulb was on the way.

GBMy children ordered a product for me… My children ordered a product for me for Christmas and not only did in not show up, but I was never contacted that the order was out of stock and it wouldn't be showing up. It wasn't until I called that I was told my order would be refunded. Big disappointment.
