Product not received and no response to messages I ordered a scope on 11/3/23 with the expedited shipping still have not received my package or any responses to my emails and messages. I have ordered many item with them and always a pleasant experience. This time to not even respond or give updates is ridiculous. Package should have arrived within 7-12 days as guaranteed by them.

4 months delivery time, bad communication, used item Worst experience. I have ordered a scope and it arrived after 4 months. No more communication from merchant after receiving the payment. Payment is direct on their website and with no protection. The tracking info provided shows the item as "delivered" while is not, meaning an incorrect or forged shipment status, while the corresponding tracking code on other platforms show always in-transit. I called their company number and a lady not affiliated to that company answered, meaning a fake phone number. Once received, after 4 months, the item shows marks from being a returned item or already used. Not a good experience.
