I ordered a replica X300U pistol… I ordered a replica X300U pistol lights. Had issues with shipping due to forgetting to put my apartment number. I was kept up to date on the entire shipping process. Light works great, so far it performs just as well as my authentic X300U.

Paying 150 dollars for UNRECEIVED package I ordered 150 dollars metal MAWL and my country’s customs officer returned the item. In 2023/08/28 my package reached to Netherlands customs. I contacted with customer service about my package and I told that I would like return my package and get my payment back. In first time, they said they will be returning my payment once they get the item. But after I said ‘its almost been 2 months after it’s reached to your country, how can you be sure that item will return to your facility if you don’t do anything about it’, they did not return my mails. Today’s date is 2023/10/19 and I still waiting my money. In short, I payed 150 dollars for an item that I did not received and a customer service is unwilling to help me. We have an airsoft team that have more than 20 members and we wont be shopping in that site again if this problem won’t be fixed.

4 months delivery time, bad communication, used item Worst experience. I have ordered a scope and it arrived after 4 months. No more communication from merchant after receiving the payment. Payment is direct on their website and with no protection. The tracking info provided shows the item as "delivered" while is not, meaning an incorrect or forged shipment status, while the corresponding tracking code on other platforms show always in-transit. I called their company number and a lady not affiliated to that company answered, meaning a fake phone number. Once received, after 4 months, the item shows marks from being a returned item or already used. Not a good experience.

Great so far! I haven't shot with thier unity mount yet but I just installed them and they are almost perfect. Seeing these fail at the range is almost impossible in my eyes. Even in duty use I don't see how these could fail with loctite like you should use with every other mount.
