Great so far! I haven't shot with thier unity mount yet but I just installed them and they are almost perfect. Seeing these fail at the range is almost impossible in my eyes. Even in duty use I don't see how these could fail with loctite like you should use with every other mount.

I bought a replica Vortex Razor HD Gen 2 E, the product itself is of outstanding quality, both the packaging and the scope itself was extremely similar to the real one, glass clarity being great (although I do not have a reference to what is good glass clarity as I have never owned an LPVO like this one). One thing I really appreciated was that it came with a throw lever and a lens protector (or killflash) which blended in perfectly with the scope itself (I do not believe they mentioned they would come with the product in the store's page, but don't quote me on this one). I am overall extremely satisfied of my purchase. For delivery, the estimated delivery time was within 15 to 35 days, it arrived on time in 27 days. Considering I live in central Europe I don't consider it to be bad whatsoever.

Paying 150 dollars for UNRECEIVED package I ordered 150 dollars metal MAWL and my country’s customs officer returned the item. In 2023/08/28 my package reached to Netherlands customs. I contacted with customer service about my package and I told that I would like return my package and get my payment back. In first time, they said they will be returning my payment once they get the item. But after I said ‘its almost been 2 months after it’s reached to your country, how can you be sure that item will return to your facility if you don’t do anything about it’, they did not return my mails. Today’s date is 2023/10/19 and I still waiting my money. In short, I payed 150 dollars for an item that I did not received and a customer service is unwilling to help me. We have an airsoft team that have more than 20 members and we wont be shopping in that site again if this problem won’t be fixed.
