After some back and forth emails and sending a short video of it not working they sent me a replacement. Tricky thing with shipping from this company is that they use a false return address. It was an address in my country which it shipped straight from china. I had a note in my mailbox that in order to get it I had to go to the post office to pay for the shipping to get it released. I did that, and received it, twice. I have had it to the range once and will need to re attempt going with the tool to adjust it to zero. It stayed put and worked with 30 cal fire. I think these products are good, and I want to oder an acog from them. I am a little hesitant with the delivery times of others and the overall quality but for the price it still is appealing.

Paying 150 dollars for UNRECEIVED package I ordered 150 dollars metal MAWL and my country’s customs officer returned the item. In 2023/08/28 my package reached to Netherlands customs. I contacted with customer service about my package and I told that I would like return my package and get my payment back. In first time, they said they will be returning my payment once they get the item. But after I said ‘its almost been 2 months after it’s reached to your country, how can you be sure that item will return to your facility if you don’t do anything about it’, they did not return my mails. Today’s date is 2023/10/19 and I still waiting my money. In short, I payed 150 dollars for an item that I did not received and a customer service is unwilling to help me. We have an airsoft team that have more than 20 members and we wont be shopping in that site again if this problem won’t be fixed.

The first order I made went pretty… The first order I made went pretty well. Good communication, fast shipping, solid products. Now that I wanted to make a second order, nothing happens. Wrote 2 mails to them, that I wanted to buy a product and got quickly a response. Then it´s now 4 mails in total where I stated how I wanted to pay and got no awnser at all (it´s been a week since the first mail).

Product not received and no response to messages I ordered a scope on 11/3/23 with the expedited shipping still have not received my package or any responses to my emails and messages. I have ordered many item with them and always a pleasant experience. This time to not even respond or give updates is ridiculous. Package should have arrived within 7-12 days as guaranteed by them.
