They want me to call to see if an item is in stock then donāt pick up the phone after 3 calls during business hours, never return my call. 3 business days pass and no update on my order. I email them for an update, they say they are going to call me immediately, donāt call for 2 days⦠then almost a week after placing my order and dealing with the terrible communication, they cancel my order and refund me⦠extremely unprofessional

GBComplete fail⦠Ordered and paid for a $300 slider several months ago. when it didn't arrive I contacted customer service, who told me the item was on back order. After a few month of waiting and several more emails, I asked for my money back. Crickets. Now their phone number doesn't work and no one replies to the "we'll answer back immediately" chat box on their web site. Wondering if they went out of business...
