GBI ordered the item for my birthday ring… I ordered the item for my birthday ring light and I don’t receive it because I sent it to the wrong address I’m in California they sent out to Chicago and I called the company and they said they can call me to let me know when they’re gonna be send the package and all the info and they never call me to send it to me to the right address and I don’t get any respond I’m really disappointed 😡

GBComplete fail… Ordered and paid for a $300 slider several months ago. when it didn't arrive I contacted customer service, who told me the item was on back order. After a few month of waiting and several more emails, I asked for my money back. Crickets. Now their phone number doesn't work and no one replies to the "we'll answer back immediately" chat box on their web site. Wondering if they went out of business...
