The lack of communication was really… The lack of communication was really disappointing and they weren’t even able to fulfill my order… sadly, a complete waste of time. They want me to call to see if an item is in stock then don’t pick up the phone after 3 calls during business hours, never return my call. 3 business days pass and no update on my order. I email them for an update, they say they are going to call me immediately, don’t call for 2 days… then almost a week after placing my order and dealing with the terrible communication, they cancel my order and refund me… extremely unprofessional

I highly recommend Diopte I highly recommend Diopte. They were very responsive and responsible for helping me get a router and 4 power supplies from a company based in the Netherlands that other companies could not get for me. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
