GBThey stole my money! Absolutely zero response from customer support my pedal says that it’s been shipped and fulfilled and UPS tells me that it was returned to sender because they put my street and not my actual address so they had nowhere to deliver it to. It looks like I’m gonna have to go through my credit card company to get a refund seeing how I will not get what I paid for. Buyer beware these people are con artists!

CAIs this a scam? Never recieved order. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. Always giving suspicious excuses. Allegedly my loval post office "rejected the package"... Doesn't really make sense. Of course they never notified me I had to hound them. I ordered from donnerdeal.com and I'm wondering if it's even a real site or just a scam.

GBDamage shipment; hoping for a response I’m hoping to be able to change this to 4 or 5 stars once I hear from Donner. Our piano arrived with a crack straight through the bottom support that houses the pedals. Disappointing but not a deal breaker given our modern shopping reality. However, like others, I have sent two kind emails and a website form fill to Donner and have yet to get a response with next steps and replacement details. Hoping this post nudges them to respond. Planning to report back. Thanks!

AUBuyer beware - scammers Buyer beware! I paid for a piano. Payment was made 2 months ago. Did not receive the piano and seller has been promising a refund, but after more than a month of promises where first the seller blamed Shopify, now they blame the bank and are asking for another extension (of another 2 weeks) I am starting to think this refund may never come. Lodging a dispute with the credit card provider. Update: After threatening to lodge a dispute with the credit card company the refund has showed up in my account.

GBZERO STARS If I could give zero stars, I would. Total scammers selling faulty products. They gave me the runaround and dragged the refund process out for 2 months. They even lied and said they refunded it, before telling me I needed to go through my credit card (cc company refused to help). Never did receive anything - and stopped responding to my emails. Their phone line is down or disconnected, or maybe they blocked my number - whatever the reason, they can’t be reached by phone. Have reported them to the FTC. Buyer beware!!!
