GBNon-existent customer service Purchased a keyboard for Christmas from Amazon (sold new directly by Donner) and one of the keys did not work. Waited multiple days between each email from their customer service team, giving them order numbers and pictures and dates...to have them flat out refuse to send a replacement for a faulty circuit board. Didn't provide a link to buy one, any advice on what to do, nothing.

GBDamage shipment; hoping for a response I’m hoping to be able to change this to 4 or 5 stars once I hear from Donner. Our piano arrived with a crack straight through the bottom support that houses the pedals. Disappointing but not a deal breaker given our modern shopping reality. However, like others, I have sent two kind emails and a website form fill to Donner and have yet to get a response with next steps and replacement details. Hoping this post nudges them to respond. Planning to report back. Thanks!

GBTotal scam Total scam. Ordered the ‘holliballs’ got a receipt from wellnie inc. No response to several inquiries as to where my order is. They are still advertising all over fb, instagram and Pinterest.

GBGreat experience with this company Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

AUDo not buy from this company Do not buy from this company. Had apparently run out of stock of a particular keyboard but insisted that we purchase something else. When we stated we wanted a refund they said it would take 2-3 weeks. We had to escalate it through PayPal, who refunded us. No doubt they are still trying to recoup their money.
