GBDoesn’t deserve ANY stars! If I could give a zero star I absolutely would. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought a $500+ piano from them! The piano itself is beautiful but it was a Christmas (2023) gift for our boys and once we opened it and put it together a piece of the wood on the bottom was damaged during shipping & the first TEN keys do not work at all. I have emailed about 8 times, filled out multiple help requests on their site, called and waited for hrs on hold and here it is a month later & I have NEVER received any communication back! To say they are unprofessional and crooks is an understatement. They should not be allowed to be in business.

GB16 days and ZERO communication 16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

GBDONNER HUSH I GUITAR IS AWFUL. SAME WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a Christmas present at end of Oct. Donner hush I guitar for my daughter’s Christmas. Less than a few hours after the box is opened on Christmas Day, the tuning knobs make the strings buzz and string snaps. Daughter has 3 other guitars so she knows what she’s doing. Contacted Donner customer service who took wks to answer them offered £50 for new set of strings but nothing to resolve buzzing so declined this offer and said this is not suitable resolution. Been ignored since then. Awful company. Regardless of which name they choose to call themselves. Please folks, do not waste your money. I paid £239 for this guitar and every single penny was a waste of money. It’s Jan 18th 2024 and this guitar was opened December 25th 2023 and the company have stopped responding both via email and instagram. Appalling products and customer service. Never again. Will leave bad reviews on every site i can re this company. They should not be in business at all. UPDATED 17:21 FRI 19/01/24 Since posting original review early this morning, I have been told I will receive a full refund. We will see if it goes into my account.

GBThe Donner Club Customer Service The Donner Club that supplies ukuleles to Walmart and is advertised on the Walmart website has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.They are just pathetic and would not provide what they advertised in the ad on the Walmart website.They did not respond at all to numerous emails and when they did,it was days,not hours and appeared they had not even read the message I sent. I became totally dissatisfied and returned the Donner ukulele to Walmart and received a full credit.What a disgraceful customer service department!!!

GBStay away from this site. Placed an order with the people, order went to directly to china. Recieved an email stating orders will arrive 7-10 business days, reached out to customer support, got alot of Chinese lettering back and then guaranteed 25 days. Doesn't make sense, if something is out of stock public should be aware that they will have their order through China directly. There is no number to speak to someone, and emails have a time zone difference which makes it difficult to communicate. NOT US BASED ON US SOIL.
