GBNon-existent customer service Purchased a keyboard for Christmas from Amazon (sold new directly by Donner) and one of the keys did not work. Waited multiple days between each email from their customer service team, giving them order numbers and pictures and dates...to have them flat out refuse to send a replacement for a faulty circuit board. Didn't provide a link to buy one, any advice on what to do, nothing.

GBDo not purchase. Do not purchase. Ordered a product on 4th December. Numerous emails, twitter, Facebook and Instagram messages. Finally got a reply on messenger... Now after 2 weeks they state they've lost package.. Still can't a reply for a refund. AWEFUL COMPANY EDIT... After complaining via email (never replied) Instagram, Facebook and twitter I finally got a reply.... Far to late to be bale to purchase anything else in time for Christmas... No apology, no reason... Nothing... for info... I purchased from GAK and I had a yamaha delivered within 19 hours and had 4 emails to confirm delivery etc!

GB16 days and ZERO communication 16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

GBNon-existent customer service I bought a page turning pedal in October. It broke in late January. I contacted customer service on Feb 4. On Feb 11 all I have heard is we apologize but we have forwarded it to another department, if I hear anything at all. They usually ghost me for several days before sending another apology. Run far, far away from this company.

CAHorrible Products and Very Unprofessional THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND MY OPINION TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANSWER EMAILS 4 DAYS LATER (IF AT ALL). SHIPPED IN THIN CARDBOARD AND GUITAR WAS DESTROYED WHEN DELIVERED TO MY DOOR! THAT SAME THIN CARDBOARD HAD 20 PIECES OF OLD TAPE ALL AROUND IT FROM PREVIOUS USES. THEY DIDN'T EVEN USE A NEW BOX FOR MY PURCHASE (HAVE MULTIPLE PICS). THEY ALSO USE VERY LOW QUALITY HARDWARE ON THEIR GUITARS. I KNOW THEY ARE LOW BUDGET GUITARS - BUT STAY AWAY FROM: DONNER GUITARS / ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS PERIOD!!!
