GBThe Donner Club Customer Service The Donner Club that supplies ukuleles to Walmart and is advertised on the Walmart website has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.They are just pathetic and would not provide what they advertised in the ad on the Walmart website.They did not respond at all to numerous emails and when they did,it was days,not hours and appeared they had not even read the message I sent. I became totally dissatisfied and returned the Donner ukulele to Walmart and received a full credit.What a disgraceful customer service department!!!

GBDoesn’t deserve ANY stars! If I could give a zero star I absolutely would. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought a $500+ piano from them! The piano itself is beautiful but it was a Christmas (2023) gift for our boys and once we opened it and put it together a piece of the wood on the bottom was damaged during shipping & the first TEN keys do not work at all. I have emailed about 8 times, filled out multiple help requests on their site, called and waited for hrs on hold and here it is a month later & I have NEVER received any communication back! To say they are unprofessional and crooks is an understatement. They should not be allowed to be in business.

GBDo not purchase. Do not purchase. Ordered a product on 4th December. Numerous emails, twitter, Facebook and Instagram messages. Finally got a reply on messenger... Now after 2 weeks they state they've lost package.. Still can't a reply for a refund. AWEFUL COMPANY EDIT... After complaining via email (never replied) Instagram, Facebook and twitter I finally got a reply.... Far to late to be bale to purchase anything else in time for Christmas... No apology, no reason... Nothing... for info... I purchased from GAK and I had a yamaha delivered within 19 hours and had 4 emails to confirm delivery etc!

GBAmazing customer service I ordered four things where two would be delivered in one shipment and the other two would be delivered in the other. The one shipment which contained a guitar pedal and drum set only showed the pedal to be shipped, shown evident in UPS package weight being less than a pound (no drums were ever shipped), yet the donner tracking info claims the drums shipped with the pedal. The drums were never delivered but when I contacted them they responded quickly and quickly shipped me a drum set. Thanks donner!
