GBNon-existent customer service I bought a page turning pedal in October. It broke in late January. I contacted customer service on Feb 4. On Feb 11 all I have heard is we apologize but we have forwarded it to another department, if I hear anything at all. They usually ghost me for several days before sending another apology. Run far, far away from this company.

GBGreat experience with this company Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

GBTotal scam Total scam. Ordered the ‘holliballs’ got a receipt from wellnie inc. No response to several inquiries as to where my order is. They are still advertising all over fb, instagram and Pinterest.

GBBad machine from a Bad supplier Has anyone referred this company to their local Trading Standards office and if so what happened? The same goes for legal action. I received a fault machine from them in April and I am still trying to get them to take it back and give me a refund! Their latest excuse is “please video the machine while it is working and send us the clip!” The current faults are: something rattling inside, low volume and instructions which are so small to read that you need a magnifying glass. Even then the instructions never made sense.

GBDoesn’t deserve ANY stars! If I could give a zero star I absolutely would. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought a $500+ piano from them! The piano itself is beautiful but it was a Christmas (2023) gift for our boys and once we opened it and put it together a piece of the wood on the bottom was damaged during shipping & the first TEN keys do not work at all. I have emailed about 8 times, filled out multiple help requests on their site, called and waited for hrs on hold and here it is a month later & I have NEVER received any communication back! To say they are unprofessional and crooks is an understatement. They should not be allowed to be in business.
