GBZERO STARS If I could give zero stars, I would. Total scammers selling faulty products. They gave me the runaround and dragged the refund process out for 2 months. They even lied and said they refunded it, before telling me I needed to go through my credit card (cc company refused to help). Never did receive anything - and stopped responding to my emails. Their phone line is down or disconnected, or maybe they blocked my number - whatever the reason, they can’t be reached by phone. Have reported them to the FTC. Buyer beware!!!

GB16 days and ZERO communication 16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

GBStay away from this site. Placed an order with the people, order went to directly to china. Recieved an email stating orders will arrive 7-10 business days, reached out to customer support, got alot of Chinese lettering back and then guaranteed 25 days. Doesn't make sense, if something is out of stock public should be aware that they will have their order through China directly. There is no number to speak to someone, and emails have a time zone difference which makes it difficult to communicate. NOT US BASED ON US SOIL.

GBGreat experience with this company Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

GBDo not purchase. Do not purchase. Ordered a product on 4th December. Numerous emails, twitter, Facebook and Instagram messages. Finally got a reply on messenger... Now after 2 weeks they state they've lost package.. Still can't a reply for a refund. AWEFUL COMPANY EDIT... After complaining via email (never replied) Instagram, Facebook and twitter I finally got a reply.... Far to late to be bale to purchase anything else in time for Christmas... No apology, no reason... Nothing... for info... I purchased from GAK and I had a yamaha delivered within 19 hours and had 4 emails to confirm delivery etc!
