CAIs this a scam? Never recieved order. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. Always giving suspicious excuses. Allegedly my loval post office "rejected the package"... Doesn't really make sense. Of course they never notified me I had to hound them. I ordered from donnerdeal.com and I'm wondering if it's even a real site or just a scam.

GB16 days and ZERO communication 16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

GBThey stole my money! Absolutely zero response from customer support my pedal says that it’s been shipped and fulfilled and UPS tells me that it was returned to sender because they put my street and not my actual address so they had nowhere to deliver it to. It looks like I’m gonna have to go through my credit card company to get a refund seeing how I will not get what I paid for. Buyer beware these people are con artists!

GBThe Donner Club Customer Service The Donner Club that supplies ukuleles to Walmart and is advertised on the Walmart website has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.They are just pathetic and would not provide what they advertised in the ad on the Walmart website.They did not respond at all to numerous emails and when they did,it was days,not hours and appeared they had not even read the message I sent. I became totally dissatisfied and returned the Donner ukulele to Walmart and received a full credit.What a disgraceful customer service department!!!

GBZERO STARS If I could give zero stars, I would. Total scammers selling faulty products. They gave me the runaround and dragged the refund process out for 2 months. They even lied and said they refunded it, before telling me I needed to go through my credit card (cc company refused to help). Never did receive anything - and stopped responding to my emails. Their phone line is down or disconnected, or maybe they blocked my number - whatever the reason, they can’t be reached by phone. Have reported them to the FTC. Buyer beware!!!
