GBGreat experience with this company Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

GBAmazing customer service I ordered four things where two would be delivered in one shipment and the other two would be delivered in the other. The one shipment which contained a guitar pedal and drum set only showed the pedal to be shipped, shown evident in UPS package weight being less than a pound (no drums were ever shipped), yet the donner tracking info claims the drums shipped with the pedal. The drums were never delivered but when I contacted them they responded quickly and quickly shipped me a drum set. Thanks donner!

GB16 days and ZERO communication 16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

AUDo not buy from this company Do not buy from this company. Had apparently run out of stock of a particular keyboard but insisted that we purchase something else. When we stated we wanted a refund they said it would take 2-3 weeks. We had to escalate it through PayPal, who refunded us. No doubt they are still trying to recoup their money.

GBThe Donner Club Customer Service The Donner Club that supplies ukuleles to Walmart and is advertised on the Walmart website has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.They are just pathetic and would not provide what they advertised in the ad on the Walmart website.They did not respond at all to numerous emails and when they did,it was days,not hours and appeared they had not even read the message I sent. I became totally dissatisfied and returned the Donner ukulele to Walmart and received a full credit.What a disgraceful customer service department!!!
