GBDo not purchase. Do not purchase. Ordered a product on 4th December. Numerous emails, twitter, Facebook and Instagram messages. Finally got a reply on messenger... Now after 2 weeks they state they've lost package.. Still can't a reply for a refund. AWEFUL COMPANY EDIT... After complaining via email (never replied) Instagram, Facebook and twitter I finally got a reply.... Far to late to be bale to purchase anything else in time for Christmas... No apology, no reason... Nothing... for info... I purchased from GAK and I had a yamaha delivered within 19 hours and had 4 emails to confirm delivery etc!

AUBuyer beware - scammers Buyer beware! I paid for a piano. Payment was made 2 months ago. Did not receive the piano and seller has been promising a refund, but after more than a month of promises where first the seller blamed Shopify, now they blame the bank and are asking for another extension (of another 2 weeks) I am starting to think this refund may never come. Lodging a dispute with the credit card provider. Update: After threatening to lodge a dispute with the credit card company the refund has showed up in my account.

GBBad machine from a Bad supplier Has anyone referred this company to their local Trading Standards office and if so what happened? The same goes for legal action. I received a fault machine from them in April and I am still trying to get them to take it back and give me a refund! Their latest excuse is “please video the machine while it is working and send us the clip!” The current faults are: something rattling inside, low volume and instructions which are so small to read that you need a magnifying glass. Even then the instructions never made sense.

GBNon-existent customer service I bought a page turning pedal in October. It broke in late January. I contacted customer service on Feb 4. On Feb 11 all I have heard is we apologize but we have forwarded it to another department, if I hear anything at all. They usually ghost me for several days before sending another apology. Run far, far away from this company.

GBDamage shipment; hoping for a response I’m hoping to be able to change this to 4 or 5 stars once I hear from Donner. Our piano arrived with a crack straight through the bottom support that houses the pedals. Disappointing but not a deal breaker given our modern shopping reality. However, like others, I have sent two kind emails and a website form fill to Donner and have yet to get a response with next steps and replacement details. Hoping this post nudges them to respond. Planning to report back. Thanks!
