They stole my money! Absolutely zero response from customer support my pedal says that it’s been shipped and fulfilled and UPS tells me that it was returned to sender because they put my street and not my actual address so they had nowhere to deliver it to. It looks like I’m gonna have to go through my credit card company to get a refund seeing how I will not get what I paid for. Buyer beware these people are con artists!

Is this a scam? Never recieved order. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. Always giving suspicious excuses. Allegedly my loval post office "rejected the package"... Doesn't really make sense. Of course they never notified me I had to hound them. I ordered from donnerdeal.com and I'm wondering if it's even a real site or just a scam.

Amazing customer service I ordered four things where two would be delivered in one shipment and the other two would be delivered in the other. The one shipment which contained a guitar pedal and drum set only showed the pedal to be shipped, shown evident in UPS package weight being less than a pound (no drums were ever shipped), yet the donner tracking info claims the drums shipped with the pedal. The drums were never delivered but when I contacted them they responded quickly and quickly shipped me a drum set. Thanks donner!

16 days and ZERO communication 16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

DONNER HUSH I GUITAR IS AWFUL. SAME WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a Christmas present at end of Oct. Donner hush I guitar for my daughter’s Christmas. Less than a few hours after the box is opened on Christmas Day, the tuning knobs make the strings buzz and string snaps. Daughter has 3 other guitars so she knows what she’s doing. Contacted Donner customer service who took wks to answer them offered £50 for new set of strings but nothing to resolve buzzing so declined this offer and said this is not suitable resolution. Been ignored since then. Awful company. Regardless of which name they choose to call themselves. Please folks, do not waste your money. I paid £239 for this guitar and every single penny was a waste of money. It’s Jan 18th 2024 and this guitar was opened December 25th 2023 and the company have stopped responding both via email and instagram. Appalling products and customer service. Never again. Will leave bad reviews on every site i can re this company. They should not be in business at all. UPDATED 17:21 FRI 19/01/24 Since posting original review early this morning, I have been told I will receive a full refund. We will see if it goes into my account.
