Bad machine from a Bad supplier Has anyone referred this company to their local Trading Standards office and if so what happened? The same goes for legal action. I received a fault machine from them in April and I am still trying to get them to take it back and give me a refund! Their latest excuse is “please video the machine while it is working and send us the clip!” The current faults are: something rattling inside, low volume and instructions which are so small to read that you need a magnifying glass. Even then the instructions never made sense.

Horrible Products and Very Unprofessional THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND MY OPINION TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANSWER EMAILS 4 DAYS LATER (IF AT ALL). SHIPPED IN THIN CARDBOARD AND GUITAR WAS DESTROYED WHEN DELIVERED TO MY DOOR! THAT SAME THIN CARDBOARD HAD 20 PIECES OF OLD TAPE ALL AROUND IT FROM PREVIOUS USES. THEY DIDN'T EVEN USE A NEW BOX FOR MY PURCHASE (HAVE MULTIPLE PICS). THEY ALSO USE VERY LOW QUALITY HARDWARE ON THEIR GUITARS. I KNOW THEY ARE LOW BUDGET GUITARS - BUT STAY AWAY FROM: DONNER GUITARS / ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS PERIOD!!!

Great experience with this company Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

Buyer beware - scammers Buyer beware! I paid for a piano. Payment was made 2 months ago. Did not receive the piano and seller has been promising a refund, but after more than a month of promises where first the seller blamed Shopify, now they blame the bank and are asking for another extension (of another 2 weeks) I am starting to think this refund may never come. Lodging a dispute with the credit card provider. Update: After threatening to lodge a dispute with the credit card company the refund has showed up in my account.

Doesn’t deserve ANY stars! If I could give a zero star I absolutely would. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought a $500+ piano from them! The piano itself is beautiful but it was a Christmas (2023) gift for our boys and once we opened it and put it together a piece of the wood on the bottom was damaged during shipping & the first TEN keys do not work at all. I have emailed about 8 times, filled out multiple help requests on their site, called and waited for hrs on hold and here it is a month later & I have NEVER received any communication back! To say they are unprofessional and crooks is an understatement. They should not be allowed to be in business.
