GBStay away from this site. Placed an order with the people, order went to directly to china. Recieved an email stating orders will arrive 7-10 business days, reached out to customer support, got alot of Chinese lettering back and then guaranteed 25 days. Doesn't make sense, if something is out of stock public should be aware that they will have their order through China directly. There is no number to speak to someone, and emails have a time zone difference which makes it difficult to communicate. NOT US BASED ON US SOIL.

GBGreat experience with this company Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

GBThe Donner Club Customer Service The Donner Club that supplies ukuleles to Walmart and is advertised on the Walmart website has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.They are just pathetic and would not provide what they advertised in the ad on the Walmart website.They did not respond at all to numerous emails and when they did,it was days,not hours and appeared they had not even read the message I sent. I became totally dissatisfied and returned the Donner ukulele to Walmart and received a full credit.What a disgraceful customer service department!!!

GBDamage shipment; hoping for a response I’m hoping to be able to change this to 4 or 5 stars once I hear from Donner. Our piano arrived with a crack straight through the bottom support that houses the pedals. Disappointing but not a deal breaker given our modern shopping reality. However, like others, I have sent two kind emails and a website form fill to Donner and have yet to get a response with next steps and replacement details. Hoping this post nudges them to respond. Planning to report back. Thanks!

GBDo not purchase. Do not purchase. Ordered a product on 4th December. Numerous emails, twitter, Facebook and Instagram messages. Finally got a reply on messenger... Now after 2 weeks they state they've lost package.. Still can't a reply for a refund. AWEFUL COMPANY EDIT... After complaining via email (never replied) Instagram, Facebook and twitter I finally got a reply.... Far to late to be bale to purchase anything else in time for Christmas... No apology, no reason... Nothing... for info... I purchased from GAK and I had a yamaha delivered within 19 hours and had 4 emails to confirm delivery etc!
