GB16 days and ZERO communication 16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

GBThe Donner Club Customer Service The Donner Club that supplies ukuleles to Walmart and is advertised on the Walmart website has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.They are just pathetic and would not provide what they advertised in the ad on the Walmart website.They did not respond at all to numerous emails and when they did,it was days,not hours and appeared they had not even read the message I sent. I became totally dissatisfied and returned the Donner ukulele to Walmart and received a full credit.What a disgraceful customer service department!!!

CAIs this a scam? Never recieved order. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. Always giving suspicious excuses. Allegedly my loval post office "rejected the package"... Doesn't really make sense. Of course they never notified me I had to hound them. I ordered from donnerdeal.com and I'm wondering if it's even a real site or just a scam.

GBDo not purchase. Do not purchase. Ordered a product on 4th December. Numerous emails, twitter, Facebook and Instagram messages. Finally got a reply on messenger... Now after 2 weeks they state they've lost package.. Still can't a reply for a refund. AWEFUL COMPANY EDIT... After complaining via email (never replied) Instagram, Facebook and twitter I finally got a reply.... Far to late to be bale to purchase anything else in time for Christmas... No apology, no reason... Nothing... for info... I purchased from GAK and I had a yamaha delivered within 19 hours and had 4 emails to confirm delivery etc!
