Awesome product Awesome product. Awesome customer support. I got the RK96 wireless. Battery life is great. The manual that comes in the box covers all of the functionality and special hotkeys as well as mac/windows mode in detail. The volume roller is convenient and gives a cool aesthetic. The dongle works seamlessly. I was also able to connect via bluetooth to an android phone running Ubuntu Touch. The first keyboard that RK sent me was stolen off of my front porch. I reached out letting them know what happened and intending to purchase another keyboard. They confirmed my address and sent me another keyboard at no additional cost to me. This was really nice of them since it obviously wasn't their fault that the first one got swiped. Their customer service was really pleasant to deal with throughout the process.

Great product Great product, customer service was good also only thing that let it down was the shipping time, but this was out of the companies control so won't drop the score well worth the wait. Good work team highly recommended

I am very excited of this keyboard I am very excited of this keyboard. Have an amazing menu so you can configure the lights and animation. You can switch Win to Mac and vice-versa very easy. I highly recommend.

The keyboard is really good The keyboard is really good, I like that we have 3 ways to connect it to the laptop, love the LEDs and the feel of the keys. Amazing customer support<3 They provide good and prompt assistance. I received a lot of support from them when I had problems. I have had the keyboard for a few months now and had some problems but we were able to fix them thanks to customer support and the keyboard works fine now<3

Solid keyboard Uncomplicated buying process, quick delivery and solid product. Pairing with other devices works well and the keyboard fulfils my typing needs. Not a must, but would be great if they also offered iso layout with qwertz keys.
