Purchased RK84 and RK87, kept the best fit, sold the other one I was torn between the RK84 an RK87 keyboards. I purchased the RK84 one, and after a week using it, realized I made the wrong call. The keyboard was fine, I was just much less comfortable typing on a 75% layout compared to a 80% layout. I contacted customer support about it and they offered me a discount on the RK87, as long as I sold the RK84 myself -- which I did. That way, I recovered most of the extra money I spent, and got the luxury of testing both products and keeping the best fit for my needs.

11/10 Amazing keyboard! Beautiful keycaps (I love the teal-ish gradient theme going on). You can download the software and easily customize the light effect modes for the RGB backlight. Hell, you can even add macros to the keyboard and add a gif of your own choosing to the screen! I originally purchased this keyboard because of the volume knob (silly, I know) but came to love it for all of the features it has! Also love that I can swap from wireless or use the cord as a whole. Best part? I love the creamy sound of the keyboard and the way it feels to type with it. Didn't need to swap out the keycaps, switches, or even lube it. S+ keyboard.

Great Service My son ordered a keyboard that didn’t have a feature that he thought it did. Though this was an error on the customer’s end, RK reps still provided him with an exceptional resolution. Great company to do due business with.

My fault order mix up, great support!! I ordered a keyboard that my son was desperately hoping for as his birthday is coming up ( not been yet so can't actually comment on product, though my son has it rated very highly from what he has read ). What I can say is I messed up my order and was in a bit of a panic as I had ended up ordering 2 of the same products !! After sending an email to customer service I had an exceptionally helpful man called Chance that got on the case straight away and amended my order and communicated brilliantly. (Thank you so much, Chance). I would definitely recommend the site and would not hesitate to order from here again. A very happy customer 😊

5/5 keyboard, 5/5 customer service My keyboard initially wasn’t available, however with the help from Customer Service, they still managed to get me my keyboard. 5/5 for the customer service :). The keyboard itself is great. Numerous options to connect it to the pc, and it just feels premium, even though for a keyboard it isn’t all that expensive. 5/5 :)
