My fault order mix up, great support!! I ordered a keyboard that my son was desperately hoping for as his birthday is coming up ( not been yet so can't actually comment on product, though my son has it rated very highly from what he has read ). What I can say is I messed up my order and was in a bit of a panic as I had ended up ordering 2 of the same products !! After sending an email to customer service I had an exceptionally helpful man called Chance that got on the case straight away and amended my order and communicated brilliantly. (Thank you so much, Chance). I would definitely recommend the site and would not hesitate to order from here again. A very happy customer 😊

Ssounds nice ,wireless communication works great Keyboard sounds nice, rgb works great and everything is easily customisable via the app or via the interfacing of the keyboard itself (fn+home/ent etc) Easy to disassemble and clean Both keys and switches can be customised if desired Wireless communication works great via bluetooth and other methods. The only disadvantage I have found for people with sensitive hearing is that the sound of the switches at full silence can be a bit annoying in some cases.

The keyboard is really good The keyboard is really good, I like that we have 3 ways to connect it to the laptop, love the LEDs and the feel of the keys. Amazing customer support<3 They provide good and prompt assistance. I received a lot of support from them when I had problems. I have had the keyboard for a few months now and had some problems but we were able to fix them thanks to customer support and the keyboard works fine now<3

Great Service My son ordered a keyboard that didn’t have a feature that he thought it did. Though this was an error on the customer’s end, RK reps still provided him with an exceptional resolution. Great company to do due business with.

Awesome product Awesome product. Awesome customer support. I got the RK96 wireless. Battery life is great. The manual that comes in the box covers all of the functionality and special hotkeys as well as mac/windows mode in detail. The volume roller is convenient and gives a cool aesthetic. The dongle works seamlessly. I was also able to connect via bluetooth to an android phone running Ubuntu Touch. The first keyboard that RK sent me was stolen off of my front porch. I reached out letting them know what happened and intending to purchase another keyboard. They confirmed my address and sent me another keyboard at no additional cost to me. This was really nice of them since it obviously wasn't their fault that the first one got swiped. Their customer service was really pleasant to deal with throughout the process.
