5 star service and product! This is my third order from RK gaming keyboards. The RK84 is well made and nicely built. The switches are hot-swappable and the keycaps are easily replaceable for customization if desired. I originally ordered the RK61 by mistake and had intended to cancel through customer service. However, thanks to Chance, I was able to change the order without having to cancel. Chance was very efficient and helped me get my order right! Great customer service and great product, definitely recommend.

11/10 Amazing keyboard! Beautiful keycaps (I love the teal-ish gradient theme going on). You can download the software and easily customize the light effect modes for the RGB backlight. Hell, you can even add macros to the keyboard and add a gif of your own choosing to the screen! I originally purchased this keyboard because of the volume knob (silly, I know) but came to love it for all of the features it has! Also love that I can swap from wireless or use the cord as a whole. Best part? I love the creamy sound of the keyboard and the way it feels to type with it. Didn't need to swap out the keycaps, switches, or even lube it. S+ keyboard.

I had initially purchased the RK920… I had initially purchased the RK920 keyboard and after a few weeks of it working for some reason a certain function was no longer available. After reaching out to the team and extensive tech support I was then offered a replacement at no additional cost. I can honestly say some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. So easy to work with and a pleasure to help with any request I had. I can highly recommend and of course the mechanical keyboard sounds perfect!

The keyboard is really good The keyboard is really good, I like that we have 3 ways to connect it to the laptop, love the LEDs and the feel of the keys. Amazing customer support<3 They provide good and prompt assistance. I received a lot of support from them when I had problems. I have had the keyboard for a few months now and had some problems but we were able to fix them thanks to customer support and the keyboard works fine now<3
