My fault order mix up, great support!! I ordered a keyboard that my son was desperately hoping for as his birthday is coming up ( not been yet so can't actually comment on product, though my son has it rated very highly from what he has read ). What I can say is I messed up my order and was in a bit of a panic as I had ended up ordering 2 of the same products !! After sending an email to customer service I had an exceptionally helpful man called Chance that got on the case straight away and amended my order and communicated brilliantly. 5 star service and product! This is my third order from RK gaming keyboards. The RK84 is well made and nicely built. The switches are hot-swappable and the keycaps are easily replaceable for customization if desired. I originally ordered the RK61 by mistake and had intended to cancel through customer service. However, thanks to Chance, I was able to change the order without having to cancel. Chance was very efficient and helped me get my order right! Great customer service and great product, definitely recommend.

It was packaged professionally and the unboxing experience was nice. The keyboard itself is of very high quality and absolutely worth it, especially for that price. I personally chose the linear red switches and they turn out to by even thockier and smoother than I expected! Overall a very nice keyboard and I would recommend it to anyone who likes to type and game on their computer.

RK68 Ordered a black red switch rk68 and it arrived better than in reviews ive watched. Super nice and heavy, stabilizers are super stable and the noise is amazing.
