Awesome product Awesome product. Awesome customer support. I got the RK96 wireless. Battery life is great. The manual that comes in the box covers all of the functionality and special hotkeys as well as mac/windows mode in detail. The volume roller is convenient and gives a cool aesthetic. The dongle works seamlessly. I was also able to connect via bluetooth to an android phone running Ubuntu Touch. The first keyboard that RK sent me was stolen off of my front porch. I reached out letting them know what happened and intending to purchase another keyboard. They confirmed my address and sent me another keyboard at no additional cost to me. This was really nice of them since it obviously wasn't their fault that the first one got swiped. Their customer service was really pleasant to deal with throughout the process.

5 star service and product! This is my third order from RK gaming keyboards. The RK84 is well made and nicely built. The switches are hot-swappable and the keycaps are easily replaceable for customization if desired. I originally ordered the RK61 by mistake and had intended to cancel through customer service. However, thanks to Chance, I was able to change the order without having to cancel. Chance was very efficient and helped me get my order right! Great customer service and great product, definitely recommend.

It was packaged professionally and the unboxing experience was nice. The keyboard itself is of very high quality and absolutely worth it, especially for that price. I personally chose the linear red switches and they turn out to by even thockier and smoother than I expected! Overall a very nice keyboard and I would recommend it to anyone who likes to type and game on their computer.
