Awesome product Awesome product. Awesome customer support. I got the RK96 wireless. Battery life is great. The manual that comes in the box covers all of the functionality and special hotkeys as well as mac/windows mode in detail. The volume roller is convenient and gives a cool aesthetic. The dongle works seamlessly. I was also able to connect via bluetooth to an android phone running Ubuntu Touch. The first keyboard that RK sent me was stolen off of my front porch. I reached out letting them know what happened and intending to purchase another keyboard. They confirmed my address and sent me another keyboard at no additional cost to me. This was really nice of them since it obviously wasn't their fault that the first one got swiped. Their customer service was really pleasant to deal with throughout the process.

G.O.A.T keyboard Man I can‘t express my feelings about this keyboard… It feels so good to have a high quality keyboard after using mainstream goofy keyboards like from Corsair. I’d recommend those keyboards to everyone, who needs one for gaming oder something else. It’s just a piece of art

Really kind people and a pleasure to buy from So I had originally purchased a keyboard from RK as a present for a friend but my friend didn't actually need it (he's a massive keyboard enthusiast who is trying to downsize his collection). I didn't know what to do with the hardware since I don't know many people who as into computers as we are. I opted to return the keyboard and Chance made the process really smooth. I will not forget this kind gesture and wish only good things upon Chance and the rest of RK Gaming. I'm not a youtube reviewer but perhaps I'll give the keyboard a fun review as well :)

Product is exactly as advertised Product is exactly as advertised. Really solid keyboard and will 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great looking and feeling keyboard that won’t break the bank. The product was unexpectedly out of stock when I placed my order but the keyboard still arrived pretty quickly- about 2 weeks which impressed me because I have waited longer for in stock products to ship to me in New Zealand! Great customer service, no complaints here :)
