Great communication & customer service I was hesitant mailing in phones to a company I had never dealt with because I felt like there was no way to ensure that I would be paid for the devices I was sending. I liked the constant communication getting a notification every step of the way, it made me feel comfortable dealing with them. Was slightly disappointed at one phone being changed from flawless to good because of tiny scratches but that is a valid reason anyway.
