Tardy delivery but solid small business Was super excited to see a store other than Newegg have the product I wanted. Pre ordered the new LL infinity fans. The shipping date gets pushed back a week because of a port issue- understandable. Shipping gets pushed back another week, no explanation- kind of a bummer. This business is a good alternative if you don’t want to support Newegg.

Top notch experience! Ultra spec custom pc is amazing! Mike took the time to understand my needs and to educate me while discussing tradeoffs since I’m newer to custom build pcs. We arrived at very capable specs for a fair price. Fast build time, efficient testing, and pre-setup support. Fast shipping and secure packaging. Thanks to him, I’m currently enjoying Diablo 4 on ultra specs. Absolutely no issues. Highly recommend!

I wish I went with GamerTech for more... Truthfully, I had never heard of this website before. For tech purchases, I tend to avoid websites I'm not familiar with and based out of the country. But after looking up reviews, decided to give them a shot on a hard to find product that was both in stock and ~10% cheaper than what I was able to find elsewhere. Figured that if it showed up on time and as described? Fantastic. If not, or not at all? It wasn't a significant amount of money and, although would have been extremely frustrating, lesson learned/confirmed. I put in the order on a Friday...and received the item 3 days later on Monday. The product was as-described, well packaged, and in a non-descript box (which is great). Now here I am with one of the dozen items I need to build my system waiting for the other 'bigger' sites to come through. They beat Newegg, shipped and sold products by NewEgg. They beat Amazon, shipped and sold by Amazon with Prime. One of my Amazon orders is currently sitting in limbo saying it was shipped but cancelled so we'll see. Long story short? I wish I purchased more from GamerTech at the time. They don't have a huge inventory, but the prices are good and the turnaround time is amazing. If they have something you're looking for...give them a shot. You won't be sorry. I will be keeping an eye on this site for purchases in the future.

Super Inconvenient I ordered two 140mm reverse blade fans and was sent two 140mm regular fans. I just returned the first order without even opening the box and still haven’t received a refund on it but I was charged for shipping, I don’t know why I made a second order. These fans are the only thing I have left on my pc build and it has been pushed back. Order if you have time to wait for inconvenience even though you’re charged for priority mail.
