Perfect switch from Verizon to Patriot Mobile Customer service and support during and after the simple switch to Patriot mobile has been outstanding. We have had perfect cellular connections for voice and data with Patriot. My wife and I are thrilled to give our business to a great America Proud company! We should have done this years ago.

Do not try the Patriot Mobile router… Do not try the Patriot Mobile router home internet service! I was told 100% coverage on the Valor Verizon network when I signed up for this ridiculously expensive internet. After at least 10 calls to support and activation team I am now told “ someone made a mistake and you are not on the Valor network.” What? And each tech person I talk to tells me something different! Now I am told oh we will fix this and it will be 24 hours. All this while I work from home and Patriot Mobile is costing me money since I am unable to work! Run from this sevice.

Knowledgeable agents and immediate… Knowledgeable people and immediate savings. Patriot Mobile simplified a difficult process which the other career delayed and made more time consuming. As an example, three phones which were paid off were locked and a Pin had to be asked of the losing carrier to unlock them. Another week lost. When completed, I started saving about $65/ month month from discounts the old carrier never told me about.
