If you’ve got a question a live, yes I said Live person answers your call. They immediately find the answer to your questions. I love that they are a Christian based company. GBI can't tell if it's this service I can't tell if it's this service, but I miss important calls more often, that go straight to voicemail, and no number in the recent calls to be able to return calls to.. Otherwise, price is great, handles mostly like regular big name service, without the Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street influence.

GBCustomer Service is very nice Any time I have needed assistance, customer service has been wonderful. I have had them call me back rather than hold the phone to my ear during the busy times but they have always came through.
