They worked with me to get my former provider to release my phone number so I don't have to call all my business contacts and personnel contacts with a new number. Patriot Mobile has been very good Patriot Mobile has been very good. However the T Mobile towers are not as strong as my previous carrier. I sometimes have difficulty using some search data when traveling even in my local area within 50 miles.

Knowledgeable agents and immediate… Knowledgeable people and immediate savings. Patriot Mobile simplified a difficult process which the other career delayed and made more time consuming. As an example, three phones which were paid off were locked and a Pin had to be asked of the losing carrier to unlock them. Another week lost. When completed, I started saving about $65/ month month from discounts the old carrier never told me about.

Outstand Helpful People I wanted to switch from Verizon to a company that supports our values. This is the place. I had ordered 2 new unlocked Motorola's . Patriots Sims were sent and Saturday I received them. So I called and got our Phones setup and turned on....When talking Saturday I was told I would be able to choose provider towers, start with T-Mobile and after 24 hours I could make my choice, T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon. Verizon works best in Wyoming from my experience...2 Verizon SIMs were sent along with the T-Mobile Sims for the initial startup...I called today the 29th of April 2024 and was guided thru the painless process professionally.....with the T-Mobile Sim I was lucky to have a bar and a half. With the Verizon Sims in I have a constant 5 bars.. Woo Hoo...Thanks Patriot Mobile you folks are Rock Stars.. It is going to be Great talking with Real Americans instead of Bombay etc...I am looking forward to a long relationship with you Folks , God Bless All Your Employees..
