On another order, I couldn't find the email weeks later to use the product activation code, and after verifying my order info, they were able to re-send the original email. Instead of faffing about with the "VAR" type resellers, I bought what I needed (DCE with SA) and had the license in a week. It would have been a week to setup a meeting with the "licensing team" at Insight, those jokers have screwed up each of three renewals in the last nine years for our MPSA position.
