TTT As a CSP As a 365 partner, Trusted Tech Team stands out in its support team. They are a sharp contrast to standard MS support in that TTT agents are knowledgeable, amicable and seem genuinely invested in resolving your problems. Their portal can use some work, but it has been improving over the last year. Overall, they were able to save a significant amount on our licensing and provide a much better support option than Microsoft's support -- all requiring little to no effort on my end.

They have you covered! We have had trusted tech team for over a year, and it's been awesome! Every time I have an issue, they get it solved, ranging from fixing my technical issues to fixing billing and they always follow through and leave nothing undone. Most recently they even went to bat with Microsoft to fix overcharging on our licenses and got it resolved, thank you Ryan S., Abe, and John Ho on that one. Also, have to get a shout to Paulina, Ciarra, and the plethora of other team members on their team that get everything fixed so quickly.

TTT did a good job TTT did a good job, but Microsoft failed. They followed up and continued to prod Microsoft, who acted like they could not give a rat's ass about our concerns. Microsoft delayed until logs that would have been valuable to investigate were deleted, and there was no point in continuing the investigation.
