GBTTT As a CSP As a 365 partner, Trusted Tech Team stands out in its support team. They are a sharp contrast to standard MS support in that TTT agents are knowledgeable, amicable and seem genuinely invested in resolving your problems. Their portal can use some work, but it has been improving over the last year. Overall, they were able to save a significant amount on our licensing and provide a much better support option than Microsoft's support -- all requiring little to no effort on my end.

We received our license email within minutes of completing the order and everything worked perfectly. I had 1 question a couple days later and received a call back 15 minutes after I sent the email.
