It would have been a week to setup a meeting with the "licensing team" at Insight, those jokers have screwed up each of three renewals in the last nine years for our MPSA position. Much prefer the direct experience with TrustedTech.

Might not be suited to big enterprises I have issue with this organisation. You are often on edge about identity ..ironic ! - they don't to date issue statements of account; this makes my roles as procurement manager and IT strategy manager harder to manage as you have to go back and check many things. - they write to you using different domains , without a relationship person informing you of the comms. - They write to you from different continents; which is ok I guess but coupled with the previous issues it makes payables people question the identity.
