They are a sharp contrast to standard MS support in that TTT agents are knowledgeable, amicable and seem genuinely invested in resolving your problems. Their portal can use some work, but it has been improving over the last year. Overall, they were able to save a significant amount on our licensing and provide a much better support option than Microsoft's support -- all requiring little to no effort on my end.

GBNeeded Windows Server Datacenter Needed Windows Server Datacenter, GOT Windows server, job done. Instead of faffing about with the "VAR" type resellers, I bought what I needed (DCE with SA) and had the license in a week. It would have been a week to setup a meeting with the "licensing team" at Insight, those jokers have screwed up each of three renewals in the last nine years for our MPSA position. Much prefer the direct experience with TrustedTech.
