GBA truly collaborative, all for one and one for all company. What I experienced with Trusted Tech Team is that they truly do utilize every skilled individual inside the company to accomplish their common goals. I had an issue I needed to call their support for and while the agent I worked with was great he wasn't 100% sure on how to solve the issue immediately. However, since TTT was a partner with the vendor I had trouble with, they were actively using the product in their own environment and my agent was able to connect with higher level engineers who compared my settings with theirs to quickly identify the issue. Based on the information and screenshots returned to me I was able to quickly resolve my issue and learned a couple things on the way. The agent had mentioned reaching up to a director and his lead engineer which enabled him to get such a quick response and solution for me. I really appreciate seeing a company willing to utilize all its resources to provide support to a customer by leveraging a very agile approach. Rather than escalating it into the abyss, saying sorry we can't help, or trying to upsell me on services where they could fix this on my behalf. They took an honest, straight forward approach with my respect to my time in mind.

GBAwesome Customer Service I posted a question on their website and received a phone call within the hour. After noting what I needed, the company provided services immediately and at lower costs than others. The Trusted Tech Team also followed up multiple times to ensure that all was good and if I needed additional assistance. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

GBThey have you covered! We have had trusted tech team for over a year, and it's been awesome! Every time I have an issue, they get it solved, ranging from fixing my technical issues to fixing billing and they always follow through and leave nothing undone. Most recently they even went to bat with Microsoft to fix overcharging on our licenses and got it resolved, thank you Ryan S., Abe, and John Ho on that one. Also, have to get a shout to Paulina, Ciarra, and the plethora of other team members on their team that get everything fixed so quickly.

GBTTT did a good job TTT did a good job, but Microsoft failed. They followed up and continued to prod Microsoft, who acted like they could not give a rat's ass about our concerns. Microsoft delayed until logs that would have been valuable to investigate were deleted, and there was no point in continuing the investigation.

GBEverything about this transaction was… Everything about this transaction was super simple! The quote I requested was prepared and sent the next day. And the representative also helped me set up a business account. I've added Trusted Tech to our approved vendors list.
