GBThey have you covered! We have had trusted tech team for over a year, and it's been awesome! Every time I have an issue, they get it solved, ranging from fixing my technical issues to fixing billing and they always follow through and leave nothing undone. Most recently they even went to bat with Microsoft to fix overcharging on our licenses and got it resolved, thank you Ryan S., Abe, and John Ho on that one.
