GBGreat customer service! I placed several orders, realized I ordered the wrong product twice, but their staff caught the mistake before I did, canceled the order for me, and let me know right away! On another order, I couldn't find the email weeks later to use the product activation code, and after verifying my order info, they were able to re-send the original email. And they were very friendly and pleasant throughout the entire process! Exemplary customer service!!

GBA truly collaborative, all for one and one for all company. What I experienced with Trusted Tech Team is that they truly do utilize every skilled individual inside the company to accomplish their common goals. I had an issue I needed to call their support for and while the agent I worked with was great he wasn't 100% sure on how to solve the issue immediately. However, since TTT was a partner with the vendor I had trouble with, they were actively using the product in their own environment and my agent was able to connect with higher level engineers who compared my settings with theirs to quickly identify the issue. Based on the information and screenshots returned to me I was able to quickly resolve my issue and learned a couple things on the way. The agent had mentioned reaching up to a director and his lead engineer which enabled him to get such a quick response and solution for me. I really appreciate seeing a company willing to utilize all its resources to provide support to a customer by leveraging a very agile approach. Rather than escalating it into the abyss, saying sorry we can't help, or trying to upsell me on services where they could fix this on my behalf. They took an honest, straight forward approach with my respect to my time in mind.

GBTTT did a good job TTT did a good job, but Microsoft failed. They followed up and continued to prod Microsoft, who acted like they could not give a rat's ass about our concerns. Microsoft delayed until logs that would have been valuable to investigate were deleted, and there was no point in continuing the investigation.

We received our license email within minutes of completing the order and everything worked perfectly. I had 1 question a couple days later and received a call back 15 minutes after I sent the email. I have been using T3 for several years.
