TTT As a CSP As a 365 partner, Trusted Tech Team stands out in its support team. They are a sharp contrast to standard MS support in that TTT agents are knowledgeable, amicable and seem genuinely invested in resolving your problems. Their portal can use some work, but it has been improving over the last year. Overall, they were able to save a significant amount on our licensing and provide a much better support option than Microsoft's support -- all requiring little to no effort on my end.

Great customer service! I placed several orders, realized I ordered the wrong product twice, but their staff caught the mistake before I did, canceled the order for me, and let me know right away! On another order, I couldn't find the email weeks later to use the product activation code, and after verifying my order info, they were able to re-send the original email. And they were very friendly and pleasant throughout the entire process! Exemplary customer service!!

Might not be suited to big enterprises I have issue with this organisation. You are often on edge about identity ..ironic ! - they don't to date issue statements of account; this makes my roles as procurement manager and IT strategy manager harder to manage as you have to go back and check many things. - they write to you using different domains , without a relationship person informing you of the comms. - They write to you from different continents; which is ok I guess but coupled with the previous issues it makes payables people question the identity.

TTT did a good job TTT did a good job, but Microsoft failed. They followed up and continued to prod Microsoft, who acted like they could not give a rat's ass about our concerns. Microsoft delayed until logs that would have been valuable to investigate were deleted, and there was no point in continuing the investigation.
