Every time I have an issue, they get it solved, ranging from fixing my technical issues to fixing billing and they always follow through and leave nothing undone. Most recently they even went to bat with Microsoft to fix overcharging on our licenses and got it resolved, thank you Ryan S., Abe, and John Ho on that one. Also, have to get a shout to Paulina, Ciarra, and the plethora of other team members on their team that get everything fixed so quickly.

GBTTT did a good job TTT did a good job, but Microsoft failed. They followed up and continued to prod Microsoft, who acted like they could not give a rat's ass about our concerns. Microsoft delayed until logs that would have been valuable to investigate were deleted, and there was no point in continuing the investigation.

We received our license email within minutes of completing the order and everything worked perfectly. I had 1 question a couple days later and received a call back 15 minutes after I sent the email.
