They are a sharp contrast to standard MS support in that TTT agents are knowledgeable, amicable and seem genuinely invested in resolving your problems. Their portal can use some work, but it has been improving over the last year. Overall, they were able to save a significant amount on our licensing and provide a much better support option than Microsoft's support -- all requiring little to no effort on my end.

Great customer service! I placed several orders, realized I ordered the wrong product twice, but their staff caught the mistake before I did, canceled the order for me, and let me know right away! On another order, I couldn't find the email weeks later to use the product activation code, and after verifying my order info, they were able to re-send the original email.
