On another order, I couldn't find the email weeks later to use the product activation code, and after verifying my order info, they were able to re-send the original email. And they were very friendly and pleasant throughout the entire process! Exemplary customer service!!

GBTTT did a good job TTT did a good job, but Microsoft failed. They followed up and continued to prod Microsoft, who acted like they could not give a rat's ass about our concerns. Microsoft delayed until logs that would have been valuable to investigate were deleted, and there was no point in continuing the investigation.
