Might not be suited to big enterprises I have issue with this organisation. You are often on edge about identity ..ironic ! - they don't to date issue statements of account; this makes my roles as procurement manager and IT strategy manager harder to manage as you have to go back and check many things. - they write to you using different domains , without a relationship person informing you of the comms. - They write to you from different continents; which is ok I guess but coupled with the previous issues it makes payables people question the identity.

TTT As a CSP As a 365 partner, Trusted Tech Team stands out in its support team. They are a sharp contrast to standard MS support in that TTT agents are knowledgeable, amicable and seem genuinely invested in resolving your problems. Their portal can use some work, but it has been improving over the last year. Overall, they were able to save a significant amount on our licensing and provide a much better support option than Microsoft's support -- all requiring little to no effort on my end.

Needed Windows Server Datacenter Needed Windows Server Datacenter, GOT Windows server, job done. Instead of faffing about with the "VAR" type resellers, I bought what I needed (DCE with SA) and had the license in a week. It would have been a week to setup a meeting with the "licensing team" at Insight, those jokers have screwed up each of three renewals in the last nine years for our MPSA position. Much prefer the direct experience with TrustedTech.

A truly collaborative, all for one and one for all company. What I experienced with Trusted Tech Team is that they truly do utilize every skilled individual inside the company to accomplish their common goals. I had an issue I needed to call their support for and while the agent I worked with was great he wasn't 100% sure on how to solve the issue immediately. However, since TTT was a partner with the vendor I had trouble with, they were actively using the product in their own environment and my agent was able to connect with higher level engineers who compared my settings with theirs to quickly identify the issue. Based on the information and screenshots returned to me I was able to quickly resolve my issue and learned a couple things on the way. The agent had mentioned reaching up to a director and his lead engineer which enabled him to get such a quick response and solution for me. I really appreciate seeing a company willing to utilize all its resources to provide support to a customer by leveraging a very agile approach. Rather than escalating it into the abyss, saying sorry we can't help, or trying to upsell me on services where they could fix this on my behalf. They took an honest, straight forward approach with my respect to my time in mind.

Awesome Customer Service I posted a question on their website and received a phone call within the hour. After noting what I needed, the company provided services immediately and at lower costs than others. The Trusted Tech Team also followed up multiple times to ensure that all was good and if I needed additional assistance. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.
