Instead of faffing about with the "VAR" type resellers, I bought what I needed (DCE with SA) and had the license in a week. It would have been a week to setup a meeting with the "licensing team" at Insight, those jokers have screwed up each of three renewals in the last nine years for our MPSA position. Much prefer the direct experience with TrustedTech.

They have you covered! We have had trusted tech team for over a year, and it's been awesome! Every time I have an issue, they get it solved, ranging from fixing my technical issues to fixing billing and they always follow through and leave nothing undone. Most recently they even went to bat with Microsoft to fix overcharging on our licenses and got it resolved, thank you Ryan S., Abe, and John Ho on that one. Also, have to get a shout to Paulina, Ciarra, and the plethora of other team members on their team that get everything fixed so quickly.
