Instead of faffing about with the "VAR" type resellers, I bought what I needed (DCE with SA) and had the license in a week. It would have been a week to setup a meeting with the "licensing team" at Insight, those jokers have screwed up each of three renewals in the last nine years for our MPSA position. Much prefer the direct experience with TrustedTech.

TTT did a good job TTT did a good job, but Microsoft failed. They followed up and continued to prod Microsoft, who acted like they could not give a rat's ass about our concerns. Microsoft delayed until logs that would have been valuable to investigate were deleted, and there was no point in continuing the investigation.

Great customer service! I placed several orders, realized I ordered the wrong product twice, but their staff caught the mistake before I did, canceled the order for me, and let me know right away! On another order, I couldn't find the email weeks later to use the product activation code, and after verifying my order info, they were able to re-send the original email. And they were very friendly and pleasant throughout the entire process! Exemplary customer service!!
