Not everything came in the box that was… Not everything came in the box that was needed to use the headset. I am very disappointed. I’m having to wait an extra week to get the earpiece for the headset. I’m not very happy at all.

I was unaware that the Yealink Phones… I was unaware that the Yealink Phones did not come with a power supply so we had to order separately. I also did not read the full detail that states power supply is "optional" so the company is not fully at fault. It would have been nice however if those information were mentioned by the sales person while making the order.
