ABSOLUTE SHI*, DAMAGED MY GPU. This may vary with the carrier but I sent in my "GEFORCE RTX 3060 TI" for trade in. When my trade in arrived to them they found "bio-hazard" which actually was just baking soda with warm water just to keep the box shut, anyways they denied to open the box further and sent it back. My graphics card had no damage when I sent it to then but when I received my graphics card back the brackets were bent which basically made unusable, obviously I could have bent it back with something but regardless. I filed a USPS Insurance claim which was accepted. My experience with Jawa was absolutely the worse, there trade in values for the conditions of the cards are absolutely. NEVER USE JAWA IF YOU WANT A DAMAGED GPU OR ANYTHING.

I have supported this team and their vision and they have such great people. Some sellers are hit and miss with quality, however, the staff does a good job improving the website as fast as possible.
