GBUses bad marketing practices Uses bad marketing practices. I looked at the quote price for a GPU I had and never accepted. They sent an email and in the previw of the email, it says "You've accepted our offer" which tries to bait you to click to open the email. I never accepted an offer. When you open the email that line is no where to be found, so they hid it in the email as clickbait.

GBHooray for Jawa Customer Service! Dell Laptop E5510 On 8/1/2023 I purchased an older Dell Laptop that didn't perform as indicated and filed a DISPUTE. Jawa LISTENED to my complaint and worked with me and the seller for a resolution. The dispute was settled and Jawa made sure I was satisfied with my claim. STUFF HAPPENS between posting, shipping and receiving an item satisfactorily. Jawa worked the "middle" and provided helpful, friendly and professional customer service! I wouldn't hesitate ordering from Jawa again. Thank you kindly for providing an exciting platform for both buyers and sellers!

The Discord community is full of incredible people and staff is more than willing to help you with any orders you may have. I always list my things on Jawa FIRST because I'd rather sell to the awesome community who deserve it than on other marketplaces filled with people who'll waste my time.

GBNeeds work on offer up. Would love to see auctions on used items. Stand by sellers on used items. Jawa is a great buying website with no surprises. Selling online with jawa is hit and miss with buyers. They're uniformed and screwy with decisions after purchases they bought off my site. With no warranty or guarantees with purchase. Buyers still try to fix, break or want refund of things without returning items. Jawa has improved warranty Windows on buyers sales time to buyers. I can't recommend to accept return window as you could get a random buyer looking to poach your rep. After 30-60 ownership time. Good luck like all sales sites. Offer help. Don't add extra services without vetting buyer.
