Hooray for Jawa Customer Service! Dell Laptop E5510 On 8/1/2023 I purchased an older Dell Laptop that didn't perform as indicated and filed a DISPUTE. Jawa LISTENED to my complaint and worked with me and the seller for a resolution. The dispute was settled and Jawa made sure I was satisfied with my claim. STUFF HAPPENS between posting, shipping and receiving an item satisfactorily. Jawa worked the "middle" and provided helpful, friendly and professional customer service! I Love Gaming Workstations…I wish I had more money buy more from them. Because the seller Gaming Workstations lived up to all the positive reviews that other people gave them. Also that Jawa was willing to re-imburse my purchase if something went wrong. But the Gaming Workstations owner was above and beyond helpful. Even AFTER I got my new PC which was best price for a prebuilt I saw online. He he/she helped all my concerns and questions. Uses bad marketing practices Uses bad marketing practices. I looked at the quote price for a GPU I had and never accepted. They sent an email and in the previw of the email, it says "You've accepted our offer" which tries to bait you to click to open the email. I never accepted an offer. When you open the email that line is no where to be found, so they hid it in the email as clickbait.
