Any issues with your order will be immediately resolved and if a product is faulty, or not as advertised (although I’ve never had this issue) Jawa takes responsibility! Needs work on offer up. Would love to see auctions on used items. Stand by sellers on used items. Jawa is a great buying website with no surprises. Selling online with jawa is hit and miss with buyers. They're uniformed and screwy with decisions after purchases they bought off my site. With no warranty or guarantees with purchase. Buyers still try to fix, break or want refund of things without returning items. Jawa has improved warranty Windows on buyers sales time to buyers. I can't recommend to accept return window as you could get a random buyer looking to poach your rep. After 30-60 ownership time. Good luck like all sales sites. Offer help. Don't add extra services without vetting buyer.
