Hooray for Jawa Customer Service! Dell Laptop E5510 On 8/1/2023 I purchased an older Dell Laptop that didn't perform as indicated and filed a DISPUTE. Jawa LISTENED to my complaint and worked with me and the seller for a resolution. The dispute was settled and Jawa made sure I was satisfied with my claim. STUFF HAPPENS between posting, shipping and receiving an item satisfactorily. Jawa worked the "middle" and provided helpful, friendly and professional customer service! Good work Received a pre-built pc, works great and in perfect condition. All of the parts and thingamabobs work fine and is exactly what I bought, it even came with extra stuff(Cables and a power cable for the pc itself). 10/10 would recommend.
