Been a Verified Seller for almost 2 years now... I would say it's been a journey selling through Jawa and spending thousands of dollars on Jawa. I have supported this team and their vision and they have such great people. Some sellers are hit and miss with quality, however, the staff does a good job improving the website as fast as possible. My account has become a top 5 selling account, and I don't see our business leaving Jawa anytime soon.

Needs work on offer up. Would love to see auctions on used items. Stand by sellers on used items. Jawa is a great buying website with no surprises. Selling online with jawa is hit and miss with buyers. They're uniformed and screwy with decisions after purchases they bought off my site. With no warranty or guarantees with purchase. Buyers still try to fix, break or want refund of things without returning items. Jawa has improved warranty Windows on buyers sales time to buyers. I can't recommend to accept return window as you could get a random buyer looking to poach your rep. After 30-60 ownership time. Good luck like all sales sites. Offer help. Don't add extra services without vetting buyer.

I haven't had any issues so far I haven't had any issues so far, even though I have only bought 2 things so far, still I will keep buying from here and will notify you of any issues should I have any.

ABSOLUTE SHI*, DAMAGED MY GPU. This may vary with the carrier but I sent in my "GEFORCE RTX 3060 TI" for trade in. When my trade in arrived to them they found "bio-hazard" which actually was just baking soda with warm water just to keep the box shut, anyways they denied to open the box further and sent it back. My graphics card had no damage when I sent it to then but when I received my graphics card back the brackets were bent which basically made unusable, obviously I could have bent it back with something but regardless. I filed a USPS Insurance claim which was accepted. My experience with Jawa was absolutely the worse, there trade in values for the conditions of the cards are absolutely. NEVER USE JAWA IF YOU WANT A DAMAGED GPU OR ANYTHING.
