ABSOLUTE SHI*, DAMAGED MY GPU. This may vary with the carrier but I sent in my "GEFORCE RTX 3060 TI" for trade in. When my trade in arrived to them they found "bio-hazard" which actually was just baking soda with warm water just to keep the box shut, anyways they denied to open the box further and sent it back. My graphics card had no damage when I sent it to then but when I received my graphics card back the brackets were bent which basically made unusable, obviously I could have bent it back with something but regardless. I filed a USPS Insurance claim which was accepted. My experience with Jawa was absolutely the worse, there trade in values for the conditions of the cards are absolutely. NEVER USE JAWA IF YOU WANT A DAMAGED GPU OR ANYTHING.

Jawa is THE BEST! I've been a buyer & a seller on this platform for about a year now. The experience has been nothing but top notch. The Jawa team is always implementing more ways to improve the platform, which will make it become even better than it already is.
