There request a video doesn't work and… Their request a video doesn't work and their support provides no help just bad and conflicting excuses. The whole point of a system like this is to get video of accidents that occur - system didn't capture fender bender and request a video could not retrieve video. Numerous calls and requests to support provided no help. Even recent random video requests don't work.

Works as promised GPSTrackit and more recently Fleet GPSTrackit have performed very well for us. There have been a few moments when we wondered about our data, (Truck temporarily lost signal, ELD stopped talking to the tablet, etc) but we have NEVER loss any data with these guys. The connection between the truck was never lost and we caught up in a few minutes. Tech support has been very helpful and responsive.
