Their site provides good product information and training videos to help me make the right decision. It took awhile for my order to ship; simply because it was a high-demand item. Great Service and Communication I love buying from them. Have bought multiple miners from them and m happy with all purchases. I did have an issue with one of their Bitaxe miners and through quick communication allowed me to send it back for repairs. Thankfully they sent me a new replacement within a reasonable time. I definitely check their site regularly for any deals because i know they offer great customer service.

From California to Germany The delivery of a bitaxe miner was flawless. Set-up with KanoPool was easy. Custom clearance took about one week and was processed automatically by Deutsche Post (custom duty was paid in cash at delivery at my home (plus 6€ fee for DHL)). Very precise tracking via USPS Tracking, even the steps on the German side were reported in quasi-realtime.
